It has a separate living room with a cozy wood fireplace, dining area, and breakfast bar. Has internet/wifi and cable, Washer/dryer. Relaxing, fun Jacuzzi tub in the master.
There is a full deck facing the 6th fairway on the Eagle Ridge golf course (berm in front provides lots of privacy to the course) and also has a great hot tub (surrounded by a privacy fence), beautiful mountain views from the master and loft!

Hi! I am a Human Resources Manager for Xerox Corporation in Wilsonville, Oregon. I live about 10 miles north in Southwest Portland. I am an "Air Force" brat - dad was in for 22 years and we had an incredible opportunity to travel and live in different parts of the U.S. and Asia. So, I have the "wanderlust" and love to "live the life" of the areas I travel too. Favorite place so far -- villa in Tuscany!! Have an incredibly loving family - 2 sisters, parents, nieces and nephews!! Raising a 6 month old West Highland Terrier - keeps me on my toes. I love to garden, snow ski, spend time with great friends - wine tasting, gourmet cooking, etc.
Why the Owner Chose Redmond
So, I built this chalet at Eagle Crest in Central Oregon 10 years ago, during a fight for my life -- surgery, 6 months of chemo and 5 weeks of radiation for breast cancer! I am a 11-year survivor and enjoying life everyday!! Why I chose to buy the chalet in Central Oregon? Well, Eagle Crest (Redmond, Oregon) receives 300 days of sunshine a year. So, it is a great place to go (just a 2.5-3 hour drive from Portland) when the rain and dreariness gets to me. Also, Eagle Crest Resort is so beautiful and the air smells so wonderful from the juniper trees!!
The Unique Benefits of this House
The number one benefit I enjoy while staying at my chalet is how I feel when I walk through that front door -- "Sans Souci" (means without a care or worry in French). I just leave all the stress, worries, issues behind! It is very quiet and I love sitting on the deck early in the morning listening to the birds chirping and basking in the sunshine! Also, the living room, kitchen area and loft is knotty wood pine and their is a river rock fireplace that makes you feel like you have walked into a mountain cabin - kind of weird in the summer being on the 6th Fairway of one of the best golf courses in Central Oregon, but unique!! Other benefits that are not necessarily unique are the options to do almost any type of activity - sports, nature, spa, etc. that you might want be interested within a 0-45 minute radius!
