In the winter, you can ski in/out from home as the slopes are only 10 minutes away. During the warmer months, the renowned Kingdom Trails mountain biking trail system is a quick ride down the hill. Depending on the season, hiking and snowshoeing are also available right out the door. Several antique shops are within in close driving distance, as are glacially formed Lake Willoughby and Crystal Lake, which offer boating, fishing, swimming, hiking, and great picnic areas.
The condo offers everything you will need to enjoy your stay with minimal effort. It is fully furnished, has a full kitchen, two baths, two large rooms, sleeping for 8-10, a wood-burning stove, and a whirlpool bathtub. All you have to do is turn the key and relax! Year Purchased: 1984
Our family has owned the condo for over 25 years, and are the original owners. Although we did not live in Burke full time, it was always our home away from home and for long stretches, our actual home. So many wonderful memories were created here, both in the summer and in the winter. Unfortunately for us, we have all moved west and are unable to enjoy Burke as much as we would like. Our loss, however, can be your gain. We open our door to you, welcome you to Burke, and hope you and your family create your own wonderful memories. Best wishes!
