A wonderful vacation .Finaly got away from the All Inlusive style vacation and rented this lovely studio on the most beautiful beach in Ixtapa. The accomadation was just perfect for us. Nicely decorated and the kitchen was well stocked with all you needed. The beach was beautiful and the grounds of the condo were imaculate. We could not have asked for a more. Security was great. We made lots of meals in and ate out in Ixtapa when we felt like it. The local restaurants were wonderful. . Sarah and Andrew where great hosts and were always available if we needed something. They live in the area, which is a great advantage if you are renting from the owners. I would highly recommend this property . I will return next year. I just got home this evening and miss Sarah.

What more can we possibly say that hasn't already been said in the other reviews. Sara and Andrew are awesome hosts, the condo was perfect, we couldn't have asked for anything more on our first visit to Ixtapa. We will be back!

Our congratulations to Sara and Andrew for having such a wonderfully equiped , clean, and beautiful studio condo for us to stay in right on the beautiful beach of Ixtapa. Also the maid Alba is the best in the universe as she kept everything super clean. The grounds are wonderfully kept and the on site restaraunt had a great menu and I recommend the club sandwich it is to die for. This is our third year in a row to vacation in Ixtapa and the best ever staying here and I highly recommend this condo. Thanks so much Sara and Andrew for letting us be your renters. We'll be back.

Andrew and Sara went above and beyond to accomodate us. The condo itself is lovely and perfect for a couple! It had what we needed and if something wasn't there, Sara or Andrew were attentive to that. Everything on the grounds and in the condo was very clean and beautiful. It's a short walk into the 'downtown' area of Ixtapa... took us 15 minutes on a brisk walk. The restaurants downtown and at the marina are great and have delicious food. Sara and Andrew give good recommendations, as well. Prices at the restaurant/bar on the grounds were reasonable. The only small thing that isn't all positive was hearing the nearby nightclub's music in the middle of the night...so bring ear plugs! We highly recommend this condo!

The unit is quite attractive and comfortable. It has all you need. The residence is located on a lovely property with attractive grounds and a large set of pools and connecting "rivers". The staff are wonderful. Very gracious and eager to help. There are two different nearby areas for restaurants and they are varied. The beach is right in front of the pool and is a great place for long walks. Both Sara and Andrew are terrific. They were eager to make us comfortable and were very easy to work with. We heartily recommend this property.

We spent a wonderful week at this property in early March. As others have noted, the Monarca property was beautiful, quiet, and the staff very helpful and friendly. Sara and Andrew were wonderful hosts--available and responsive to our every question and/or need. The condo itself was clean, comfortable and very well furnished. We could not have asked for more!

We spent the week of 2/7/10 to 2/14/10 at the Monarca. We rented Andrew and Sara’s unit; they were really good about answering our e- mailed questions or were readily available by phone if we needed anything. The unit is great and has everything you would need. This is the first time we have had Wi-Fi in the room, it was sometimes a bit slow, but we could always check e mail. The cleaning service did a real nice job we always had clean towels for the beach and the bathroom.The beach and pool we just great the Meade’s have pad‘s fitted for the lounge chairs at the pool or ocean, just ask the servers and they will get them out of storage and you have a cushy chair (not every owner has these) the food was real good for lunch and cheap, a enchiladas plate 50 pesos hamburger 35 peso, beer 20 pesos, wine 35 pesos. The best part when we were there were only 30 people using the entire pool and beach each day. If you have other questions feel free to contact me

We highly recommend from our experience renting this great studio. It has everything you would ever need. The kitchen is well stocked with all the new appliances and dishes. This place is terrific condition and the maid Alba is the best. She keeps the place super clean and organized. The owners make the stay very accommodating to your needs. They take great pride in their place and focus on giving great customer service during your stay. They were very helpful on recommendations and were always were just a phone call away if needed.
