Come and enjoy our tranquil 1919 square foot condo that faces the beautiful waters of Bethany Bay. Our two-level condo is beautifully decorated. Soothing colors, nice furniture and comfortable beddings. Master bedroom is on the first floor with a king size bed and a private bathroom and a water view. There is another bedroom on the same level with two single beds and its private bath. Going up a spiral stairway, the second level has two more spacious rooms. One, with two comfortable queen size beds. The other has two single beds and a TV. They share a common bathroom.
Our Bethany Bay Community has all the accommodations listed above. Our unit faces a boat slip. Renters can use it for their boats, jet skis, kayaks and water sports. There is a boat storage facility nearby for weekly renters.
We are conveniently located between Rehoboth beach, DE and Ocean City, MD which offer a lot of recreational activities and restaurants. Great tax-free outlets in Rehoboth. Bethany Beach(BB) is only 3 miles away and not too far from BB is Fenwick Island and its nice beach.
We enjoy our condo all year round with our family. Now we want to share with nice renters such as yourselves. Come..enjoy and relax.

We bought it because it is a drive away from PA. We wanted a place to go to to relax and to vacation in. Convenient and a drive away for others from Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, New York and Washington, DC.

We had a wonderful stay in this Condo - about 5-10 minutes from the beach - very close to grocery stores and good restaurants, very spacious and nice condo. We really enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch - had a great breeze and view and no bugs! We also utilized the pool almost every day. The owner was very nice to work with, very accommodating and easy to work with. Sometimes it just seems like owners just want your money, Sam seemed to really care that we had a good experience. Thanks!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We highly recommend this condo. The owners are delightful, and the condo is perfect! The views of the Bay are endless from the screened in porch. The water access (boat ramp) is very convenient (we have a 16' boat that we take with us) and the owners kayak is a joy! It is a short walk to the 9 hole golf course, pool, tennis courts, etc., and a 5 mile bike ride to Bethany Beach downtown and the ocean. The condo is well appointed and nicely decorated, and is the perfect size. We are repeat renters, and have been down with just our family of 3, with our friends, and with other family members. If you like to fish, boat, sightsee (the ponies at Assateague are a nice day trip), go to the beach, hang at the pool, take walks around the beautiful community, or just hang on the screened in porch and relax, this is a wonderful place to call home for a week! We love it here!

We had a great time in Bethany Beach. We discover this area. And we`re gonna come back for sure. As for our condo. It was just perfect. We were 2 families with kids from 8-15 years old. They had all lot of activities available for them. I recommand this condo you will love it. Don't miss the opportunity to have a nice dinner with the view on the bay....delicious!!!
