  This condo had a wonderful location and view! We come every year at this time to see our daughter and son in law and grandchildren. We also come to see the whales. It was wonderful to be able to sit on our balcony and not only enjoy the fantastic view, but to be able to sight the whales as well! Condo had everything we could need and the pool was very nice. Can't wait to return.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  This was our second stay in the condo and it was just as delightful as the first. Making reservations with the friendly, helpful owners is easy and their rates are competitive. The condo itself is very clean, fully stocked and so comfortable—it’s just like home! Within minutes of the condo are grocery stores and inexpensive restaurants with great food, as well as souvenir and other shopping. The property, too, is well-kept and accessible. Barbecues, washers and dryers are all convenient and maintained daily. We found the front desk staff exceptionally helpful, so no matter the question, the well-informed staff has an answer. Beyond the barbecues and the pool, you have direct access to the beach and ocean you see from the condo. There’s no need to drive—the sand and sea are just a short walk from the elevator. This trip we made most of our activity arrangements through the on-site concierge who really knows the island. As well as a luau, she arranged a submarine trip to view marine life and a ship wreck, horseback riding through the mountains, and a dinner cruise. She also made sure we had good directions to drive to the lavender farm (wonderful tour and shop) and the goat farm (out-of-this-world cheese they’ll gladly ship home). If you're looking for a leisurely morning on the lanai with a cup of coffee, a good book and fresh salt air or an early evening catching a tropical sunset after a day of soaking up the aloha spirit, this is where you want to stay. Believe us, you won't want to leave!

  We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. The owners think of just about everything that one could possibly need--sewing kit-first aid kit -emergency kit and just about every kitchen utensil you can think of. Everything is always so clean and the view is of the ocean, pool and perfectly maintained grounds.. You can't ask for a better place to watch the sunset. The pictures in the listing don't really do it justice. We will certainly recommend unit 303.

  This is a beautiful condo to relax & recharge the batteries. The owners are absolutely wonderful & have thought of everything. The unit is well stocked with all the necessities to make it really feel like "home away from home." The view is beautiful & everythig is like it appears in their pictures. Looking forward to going back!

  Comment Text: Great spot. Quiet and clean with a nice view of the ocean. Enjoyed sunsets and meals from the lanai. At the more mellow north end of Kihei which was great for us. The owner is very conscientious. The place has all the essentials. We will be recommending this spot to friends who travel that way and hope to have the opportunity to return soon!

  We have stayed in this condo several years. It is simply amazing. The view is incredible and we really enjoy waking up and having a view of the ocean from the bedroom, breakfast on the lanai and the sunset in the evening was beautiful. The condo is very nicely decorated, well stocked and very comfortable. Looking forward to our next visit. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Mike & Sharon

  We stayed here for 6 nights in July. The bed is comfortable and the condo is very clean; it's a wonderful base to head out from and come back to. We plan to come back again and would recommend it to anyone.
