Sandy Feat is a beautiful 8 bedroom beach house with two fully functional 4 bedroom houses on each side. The living rooms open up by a large 6 foot opening (double fire doors) to make it feel like one big house where the guests can flow from one side to another. This house is perfect for large groups going on vacation together!
Sandy Feat is located within the Dunes (a beachside subdivision) and is only about 100 yards to the private deeded beach access. Golf Cart Rentals are available through Prickett Properties at $125/week (subject to availability). Sandy Feat has fabulous beach and gulf views (see pics!). The house also offers a basketball goal and two commercial charcoal grills. There is plenty of covered parking and boat/trailer parking.
The Gulf Shores Yacht Club and Marina is literally across the street. You can walk, bike or take a golf cart ride to have dinner on the bay at Tacky Jacks 2 or take a boat charter for an afternoon of deep sea fishing. There is also a boat launch available at the Marina. The Fort is also very close-by where you can take a ferry to Dauphin Island.
Sandy Feat has access to two outdoor community pools and one indoor community pool. There is also a fitness center available for the use of the Sandy Feat guests.
Gulf Shores is within a 15-20 minute drive if you want to go into town to see all of the action. However, there are plenty of restaurants in the Fort Morgan area where you can experience the beach like a true local and rarely wait in any lines!
Sandy Feat has two master suites with King beds upstairs and 6 guest bedrooms with queen beds downstairs. There are also two sleeper sofas for a total sleeping capacity of 20.
