This is a beautiful luxury penthouse directly on the harbour of the fishermen's village. Daily maid included!
There are two big terraces, one is equipped as a living and dining space as Italian life is usually outdoors in the warmer season (May through October). There is a big living room with fireplace inside, a fully equipped kitchen (with fridge, oven, stove, etc.), three bedrooms (2 with double beds, one with single bed, additional bed available on request) and 2 1/2 bathrooms (the small one is right next to the kitchen with WC and sink, the other 2 bathrooms are in front of the bedrooms). The bathrooms both have a shower, one a bathtub in addition. There is an extra space for the laundry (washing machine). A maid will come daily Monday through Saturday 9.30am to 1pm, she can also take care of your Italian lunch if you wish!
We also owe two boats, one motor boat (driving license required) and one fishermen's boat (Gozzo) that you can use for an additional fee on request.

My wife and I love this penthouse on the little harbour of Stintino. We used to live there permanently in the past while we had a realty business and then we moved to Tuscany for business reasons. Our permanent home is in Tuscany in the Chianti area now but we still spend the summer holidays in this charming and very unique place enjoying the place itself including fishing and boating and all the natural delight of it. The penthouse is perfectly equipped for all your needs - you might not even want to leave the house! Enjoy the Italian lifestyle and GREAT food!
Why the Owner Chose Stintino
This is a beautiful luxury penthouse located directly on the little harbour (Porto Vecchio) of Stintino. The house is very comfortable and beautifully furnished with two beautiful big terraces facing the harbour. It's easy to get to the airport of ALGHERO which is only a 35 minute drive away, if you come by ferry you can arrive at PORTO TORRES (25 minute drive) or to OLBIA (2 hours drive). There is plenty of water sports (diving, windsurfing, snorkeling, boat rental etc.) on the most beautiful beaches nearby. In front of Stintino there is a stunning natural park called ASINARA that used to be a prison until 8 years ago and can now be visited being a National Park with wild white donkeys, rare vegetation and spectacular views.
The Unique Benefits of this Penthouse
Our penthouse will be your luxury holiday home for your whole stay! It comes with a daily maid (Monday through Saturday 9.30am to 1pm) who can also take care of your typical Italian lunch if you wish (food can be provided but is not included in the price)! On request and for an additional fee you can use our motorboat (Cigala Bertinetti) or our GOZZO (traditional fishermen fisherboat with the classic vela Latina). We are directly in the fishermen village, grocery shopping is around the corner. The nearest beach is a 5 minute drive away, we recommend you get a rental car during your stay. There are 2 beautiful beaches nearby, the PELOSA BEACH with white sand on the point of Stintino and SALINE which is a 30 km long beach made of little white stones. On the other side of the point the are rocks and you can reach the sea by climbing down, the sunset is on that side and you will see the most romantic sunsets there (you'd better bring a glass of nice wine...!).
