Our condo is located in downtown Atlanta and is on the 23RD floor with a great view of the city. We have a comfortable king size mattress to ensure a good nights sleep. The kitchen has been updated with new appliances and is well equipped with dishes, pots, pans, and coffee maker to make eating in easy. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The den has a sleeper sofa, chairs ,TV and you can walk out on the balcony to see a Wonderful View of the City.
You will pick up and return your keys at the 24 hour friendly Concierge staff.
Peachtree Towers is a short 2 block walk to Marta.

Stayed 3 days in November and traveled all over Atlanta on the MARTA. This condo was so convenient for seeing all Atlanta has to offer. Walked to Coke/CNN, PittyPat's Porch for dinner and hopped the train to shop at Atlantic Stattion and Lenox Square. Loved the convenience of having a condo to make breakfast or have a quick supper, and having a washer/dryer so we didn't have to travel with dirty clothes. Nicely decorated, loved the view and the attentive front desk staff. Highly recommend!

I stayed here for two weeks while travelling internationally for work and it was a great experience. The apartment is spacious, light and clean, and centrally located in the downtown area with easy access to the train. The bed and living room furniture were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything I needed to prepare my own meals. Having a washer and dryer in the apartment was really convenient for a longish stay. The building is secure and the concierge staff were really lovely; as a woman travelling alone, I felt very relaxed and safe here. Beth was very helpful and flexible, responding quickly to my request for accommodation at late notice and meeting me over the weekend to get me settled in. She and her husband even kindly drove me to the supermarket and back! I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment for anyone needing to stay in the downtown Atlanta area for work or recreation.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, age 55+.

Unit was just as photos show. It was comfortable, convenient, and just what we needed for our stay. The balcony view was awesome - even during tornado watch/warning. The staff at front desk were friendly and helpful - and very convenient for us since we had a late night flight arrival. We rode MARTA to Peachtree Station and easily found the unit two blocks away, as stated in description. I definitely recommend staying here if you need to be in downtown Atlanta.

My family stayed here during part of our vacation in the last week of June and had a great time. The owner, Beth, was very nice and easy to work with. The view from the screened-in balcony was excellent. We enjoyed eating our breakfast out there and watching the city. Same thing at night. The condo has all the basics that you need. The bed was comfortable which is a plus with me. I'm a light sleeper so I was concerned about city noise but I heard maybe 2 sirens the whole time we were there and nothing woke me up at night. My white noise machine always helps. You truly are in the center of all the sightseeing attractions so you don't need a car while you're there (2 blocks from World of Coke, Aquarium, CNN...). I do recommend paying the extra for the parking garage. Even with that cost it was still reasonably cheap and much more spacious than a hotel room. The building is secure and we never felt threatened while walking around in the city. I would stay here again if I was coming to the Atlanta area. Oh, and while you are there you must go to the Varsity Drive-In to eat.

My daughter and I stayed in this unit for a weekend to attend the Big South Volleyball Qualifer Tournament and had the best time ever!! The tournament was in the World Congress Center and the walk there was very pleasant. We parked our car Friday and didn't use it until we headed home Sunday. The unit is very clean and very well supplied. The washer/dryer unit was very handy for washing volleyball uniforms, etc for the next day:) The unit is very comfortable and the view is fabulous!! We had a great time and hope to be back next year! Beth was very easy to work with and the building staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this unit if you need to be in town and want the comforts of home.

This condo unit is in the heart of downtown Atlanta. It is within easy walking distance to all of downtown, the Georgia World Congress Center, The Georgia Dome, The Georgia Aquarium, The World of Coke, Olympic Centennial Park and hundreds of other great restaurants, bars and attractions. We parked and never used the car the entire weekend. The unit itself is very clean and has one of the best views you can ever expect. The photo used on VRBO is the exact view you see. The view is almost as pretty at night as it is in the daytime. The unit was supplied with everything needed for our short stay and I could see it being handy for a long term stay if ever needed. The building staff was friendly and helpful. Beth was responsive and very easy to work with. I highly recommend this VRBO property if you are planning on attending an event in downtown or if you want to stay in a convenient location near some of the best attractions Atlanta has to offer.
