The location exceeded our expectations for the price we pay. Our family of 11 was reunited at this location and the accomodations worked fine for us. The house was very clean, well located, near Walmart, Disney, etc. The house is spacious, cozy and in a good neighboorhood with security patrol. It has plenty of room, in case you want to put some air mattresses out/ The owner was very helpfull and gave us good customer service, no scams or hidden agendas. Everything he said was true. what a great trip wish we had more time to relax at the house. the villa was clean well maintained and comfortable,the kids loved the pool and games room, location of the villa is great and having the security of a gated community was good . being ony 25 minutes from the theme parks and 5 minutes from a huge walmart store was brilliant . we were there with our daughter her husband and grandkids and we all loved every minute of it so the accommodation played a huge part of that thank you,Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

The house was clean and nice, about 25 min. to Disney. We had 6 adults in the house and 3 kids age 10 , 14 and 15. We enjoyed our stay, but some thing needs to be improve . The mattresses in all of the rooms are very old, uncomfortable and make lots of noise. The blander was not working and one of the sinks was not properly working as well. It was very nice to have a bathroom in two main bedrooms, but was hard to take a shower, it's set up high and you can't take it off the wall. Overall it was a pleasant stay and communication with the landlord was great. Thank you for having us.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.
Owner response: Thank you for the review we do maintain our homes to a high standard. We were not aware that the blender was not working so will check thiss out and replace if neccessary. Thank you. The House and furniture package is only just over 3 years old so am surprised by the comments about matresses being OLD and uncomfortable as we have had no complaints abou these over the last three years but will take a look. Richard
