This is a Lovely 2 bedroom/2 bath condo overlooking the Golf Course and a Mountain Range.
The Master bedroom is large and has a balcony from which you can overlook the Golf Course. It has two double beds and plenty of dresser space, with a large closet as well. The newly modernized bathroom is a tub/shower combination. The Master is on the second floor. You will also enjoy having your own TV, and the view of the lake and mountains from your own front balcony
The second bedroom is a lovely room. It also has two double beds with a balcony . It overlooks the downstairs lounge, and can be sealed at night for total privacy. It too has a fully modernized tub/shower combination bathroom..
The cozy downstairs lounge room has cathedral ceiling with a couch and recliner. There is a flat screen TV for your enjoyment with a new coffee table, end table and lamp. This room is adjoining to the Kitchen/Laundry room area. The Kitchen is an eat in kitchen with a sizable kitchen counter that you can sit at and enjoy your morning coffee. There is a large patio overlooking the kitchen and another patio in the front of the condo, next to the living room. The Laundry area has a full washer/dryer and includes a ironing board and Iron.
The condo is approximately 40 miles from the Biltmore House Estate and Gardens in Asheville. This is the largest privately owned Estate in the USA. The Vanderbilt's do still own this Magnificent home. Movies that have been made at LakeLure/Chimney Rock Area are 'Last of the Mohicans, Dirty Dancing, Firestarter, my Fellow Americans and A Breed Apart.'
The Unit is surrounded by great natural beauty, and its own wild-life neighbors (deer every evening, birds through the day). Yet it is within walking distance of the lake, sports, and wonderful dining. I look forward to inviting you to a piece of paradise!
