  Hi Diana, Thanks so much for all your help as we made plans to visit Maui. We found your condo to be clean and to have everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable- very important for aging bones. And there was a great beach for long walks, watching for whales nearby. We spent a whole week snorkeling the beaches to the south of Kehei and loved being so close to them. I was impressed when you e-mailed us before our arrival to see when we'd be arriving, in an attempt to allow the folks who were staying there before us to stay later since they had a late flight. Not many folks would bend over backwards, changing cleaning schedules to help in this way. We definitely have your condo on our list of places to recommend to friends and to hopefully return to some day soon. Jan & Bill

  The apartment was really Nice and cousy! It was Very clean and tidy, location is great! I deeply encourage Everyone to choose and enjoy this great apartment! Thanks to the owners for Beeing so kind and Nice! :)

  The unit was well-appointed and had everything we needed including beach chairs! The instructions were easy to follow and we checked in and out with no trouble. Quiet place close to the Ocean and not far from all the stores (5 minute drive).

  You could tell the owners spend time living in this condo. Everything you could think of was provided. Convenient for all our needs. Wi fi not available this time but told next time it would be installed. Sat outside a nearby Starbuck's ...no problem! We are early risers but the pool man's leaf blower may be a problem for some. We'd certainly return!

  This is a very nice place, excellent value for money. The studio is comfortable, very clean and very well organized, and there is everything you may need, including beach things. It opens on the tennis court, not the road, so it is also quite peaceful. It is on the first floor, so you just park in front of the door.The complex is low key but we liked it, also for its location, just across the road from the beach and quite convenient for shops and for visiting the island.. Nice swimming pool and BBQ area, and there's a laundry as well. We want to go back!

  Fantistic, perfect location with all the amenities. Beaches near by (across the street) and restaurants, plus all the shopping needed. Send all your friends here. We will be back for another perfect vacation on my Maui.

  Great owners. Willing to work with our eccentric schedule and needs. This unit is small but perfect for two guests. It has a pull-out couch but not much privacy for more than two people. The coin operated laundry on site is convenient. It has a nice pool and hot tub. We loved going to the pool while we did the laundry. The first floor location was great for us older people who don’t do steps too well. The onsite property manager was great at keeping us informed when there was an island wide boil water alert that we would not have known about. Close to shopping. This is not a 5 star uppity busy location. It is a nice, simple, homey unit with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay on Maui. We plan on staying again as soon as we can.

  We just returned from our visit to Maui and loved the condo. It was clean, roomy, everything we needed, and more than we were expecting! And at a price that makes it possible to actually go out and have fun while there. The location is excellent with a park and beach directly across the street, with shopping and great places to eat nearby. Two of our favorites (although on the pricey side) were Cafe O'Lei and Sansei, but also had great food at Coconuts Fish Market and Eskimo Candy at more affordable prices. Loved the pool and jacuzzi area and having the BBQs was a nice bonus. Also being centrally located on the island made it convenient for exploring the rest of the island. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We had a great time, would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a nice place to stay at an affordable price. We can't wait to go back and stay there again!

  This was my second stay at your cozy, comfortable studio. Again, my stay was all that you advertize and more. I found the studio to be exceptionally clean and neat, nicely decorated, and you provided everything needed for my stay. I do cook almost all meals in and I found everything I needed to cook almost anything. I appreciated the nice size and great reception of the tv. Also, there was more than sufficient light for reading. As an added feature for me, across the street where the Whale Santuary is located, there is a small, but mostly deserted beach; a great place to watch the sunset each evening. If I am fortunate enough to be able to afford another visit to Maui, I will be staying with you again. Thanks for providing a studio that is all that it is advertised to be at a reasonable price.
