Great STUDIO CONDO available all year round. Sleeps two people (one queen bed, sofa full bed), full kitchen, one bathroom, lanai, GREAT BEACH and "Kalepolepo Park" across the street. There is also a whale center and observatory next to the park on the beach.
Condo has a POOL and jacuzzi, gas barbecues, tennis court, and on site laundry facilities. The UNITS are more like BEDROOM SUITES, with FULL KITCHENS and privacy. You can take a Ferry to the islands of Lani & Molakai, from Lahaina Town, about 45 min. away.
You are 20 minutes from Kahului Airport and centrally located in Kihei about one mile North of many shopping areas,like "STARBUCKS", Long's Drugs and Star Market, resturants and more beaches South to Wailea, Makena and La Perouse Bay. 45 min. to historic Lahaina Town and Ka'anapali and Kapalua resorts and beach areas. 30 min. to ROAD to HANA.
Whale watching during the months of Dec. to April. What an awesome sight!

Why the Owner Chose Kihei Bay Surf
Timing was right in 2003 to purchase our condo in Maui. We fell in love with Maui on our first trip in 1999. Our second trip was in 2003, we rented in this complex and liked it. People were so friendly and helpful. There were several units for sale and we knew what they looked like, as they all look the same, studios, it is just how you decorate that makes the place homey and comfortable. So we purchased ours while on vacation.
The Unique Benefits at this STUDIO UNIT - Full Kitchen
The complex is small, not massive and the people who live there are very friendly/helpful. You meet people from all over the world out at the barbacue! It is fun to talk to people while you are cooking your dinner. We often share what we are barbacuing with people we meet and talk to. The kids swim and the adults barbacue and talk.
I also love the feel of Kihei/Maui. Just a feeling I get when I arrive on the island. Some call it Mana! Not sure what it is called, but I love the feeling I have when I am there. And relaxed! When you are on the islands, it is ALOHA time. The locals are not in a hurry and it takes us about 2 days to wind down from our fast paced California lifestyle. But then we are in the spirit of the islands.

Our small Maui condo, isn't luxurious, and if you want room service, our place isn't for you! But if you are budget minded and would rather spend your money on surfing, snorkeling, whale watching, dinner cruises, lauas, shopping, then our place is for you. Clean, comfortable, cozy and affordable. We feel comfortable in our little Maui paradise as you will.

This is a real find for Maui. The price is great. And the bed was great. The complex is friendly and clean and has easy access to all Maui's great wonders. If you just want to hang out inside, you might want something different, but if you are here for the Maui experience you couldn't find a better place. Mahalo, Diane.
