Year Purchased: 2008
Ann and Craig Miller reside in Towson, MD and have 3 children. We relocated from Philadelphia which is when we discovered the beautiful beach town of Avalon, NJ.
Why the Owner Chose Avalon
We discovered Avalon while we were living in Philadelphia. Avalon is a quaint beach town with beautiful, large soft sand beaches. It is a relaxing atmosphere that is not overly commercialized. There are no high rising buildings anywhere on the island. There are shops and restaurants close. The flat island lends itself to long leisurely bike rides. The roads even have bike only lanes to keep the bikers safe.
