MONTECRISTO ESTATES: Luxurious gated community Villa which sits majestically on the mountain about the exquisite Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Resort and overlooking amazing views of the Pacific Ocean with the occasional migratory Whale breaching as you catch your breath. Montecristo Estates is a lush place where the toughest decision of the day is to choose whether to sit on the upper or lower deck to watch the changing silhouettes of the setting sun on Cabo San Lucas’ west coast. Our villa is located next to the most prestigious private development on the Mexican Baja, Pedregal.
THE VILLA: This Hacienda-style, split-level villa is 4500 square feet (2850 indoor living space and 1650 outside lounging space) of luxury offers 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and is nestled on the highest peak on the southern Baja; 800 feet above sea level and 200 feet above the highest villas in neighboring Pedegal. The villa has its own private swimming pool, carport, gas grill BBQ, indoor jacuzzi, outdoor hot tub for eight and offers preferred low rental car rates or shuttle services both on site and off site from the sunset beach to the Rose Resort and all Pueblo Bonito resorts.
The entrance courtyard has a beautiful water fountain and opens into a living room with fireplace and an entertainment center with TV, DVD, and stereo. The villa gleams luxury with its marble, granite, and solid mahogany woodwork decor. All cooking accessories and utensils are provided in the stunning modernized kitchen. The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and beautifully allotted with magnificent views of the Pacific Ocean.
There are 3 master bedroom suites with private baths and dressing areas. Two of the suites have king size beds and one of the suites holds 2 queen size beds. There is also a queen size sofa bed in the downstairs lounge and an additional sofa in the upstairs lounge which is best suited for a child. All linens are provided with daily maid service.
Additional Amenities:
Guests staying at the Montecristo are offered concierge services in addition to "full access" to all the amenities at the spectacular Sunset Beach Resort. There are fine-dining restaurants, European Health Spa and Fitness Center, flood-lit tennis courts, boutiques, bars, delis, Coffee Shoppe, convenience store and market, 16th Century Chapel, medical center, five pools (all with swim up bars) and kids activities, car rental, Concierge service, and private chef service available. There are preferred rental car rates for all guests.
