In the morning, watch the fishing boats in the Pass leave for the day's catch and, in the afternoon, view the incredible Destin sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. Bella Luna is in the gated neighborhood of Destin Pointe which has 24-hour security, sidewalks, two neighborhood pools, hot tub, tennis courts and 3,000 feet of Gulf front beach.
This raised cottage features delightful architecture, with 10-foot ceilings and maple hardwood floors throughout. The open living/dining/kitchen areas are wonderful for relaxed vacationing and entertaining, with an oversized granite breakfast bar, fireplace, 42-inch flat screen TV and furnished porch and sundeck.
Each bedroom is a mini-suite with its own bathroom, dressing area, and private porch. Large master suite has fireplace, sitting area with flat screen TV, two large closets, and private porch with stunning views. Elegant master bath has a separate columned Jacuzzi tub and travertine shower.
3 BR/3 Baths. Sleeps 6 (K, 2Q). 42” LCD TV in living area and master bedroom; TV/Playstation in second bedroom. Gas grill, washer/dryer. No smoking. No pets. $1100 deposit. 4 night minimum. During peak seasons rents from Saturday to Saturday, 7 night minimum.
