Why the Owner Chose Manhattan Beach
Originally from Kansas, it has always been my dream to live at the beach. Although I have lived in various homes in Manhattan Beach for 30 years, I purchased this home because of the incredible whitewater and pier views from the master bedroom. Secondly, I loved walking to dinner without having to park, and window shopping in the morning while on the way to get my latte. Equally important to me was a private outdoor area, also with an ocean view and hot tub, to relax and unwind at the end of the day. This is a very special, one-of-a-kind home that provides a true insight to the Manhattan Beach lifestyle.
