This beach home is ideally located just two blocks to your morning latte (Starbuck's, Peets or Coffee Bean - which ever is your preference!), and on the way, window shop at the most adorable boutique shops! Enter through a white picket gate to the living room, the incredible view is the first thing you see - the living room is spacious and has a dining area with a bar featuring a wine cooler. On this same floor there are two bedrooms, one leading to the private rear garden area. One bedroom has a trundle bed with a pull out single. This bedroom also features a built in desk and the internet connection. The rear bedroom has a twin bed and access to the rear yard. Also on this floor, the kitchen overlooks the rear garden area. The garden includes a BBQ and hydro therapy hot tub. Put your salmon on the Barbie and take your wine into the hot tub! The rear yard also has an ocean view and dining area.
Upstairs, the romantic master suite has vaulted ceilings, fireplace, hardwood floors, two closets and its own private balcony.
Parking is critical at the beach and this home has a two car garage plus your guests can park in front of the garage!
