Our 2 bedroom 1200 sq. ft. fully furnished unit sleeping 4 - 5 with a king size bed in the master bedroom and two twins in the second bedroom, you can also find a pack and play in the master closet. The complex boasts of the largest heated pool in Cape Canaveral, pool and ocean toys can be found in the hall closet.

Why the Owner Chose Cape Canaveral
Cocoa Beach has been part of our lives for some time now, the condo is more important now that we have kids as the ease of having a "home away from home" makes vacationing more of a pleasure.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We enjoy the beach access and pool the most.... our days are spent playing on the beach and enjoying the wild life, then spending an afternoon by the pool watching the kids play. Be sure to check out the Cocoa Beach Pier for great food and live music. Don't forget Jetty Park for a chance to see sea turtles and other sea life, who knows you might be lucky and catch a glimpse of a manatee or two!
