Our Beach House on Queenstown Ct.is a dedicated year round, North Mission Bay, single family vacation home.
Renovated in 2009, our 3 story Beach House is located 1 property away from the water of Mission Bay and 2 blocks from the Pacific Surf - conveniently near the boat rental and recreation center on Santa Clara, super restaurants and shops within a block and all that Mission Beach has to offer!
Ride the famous roller coaster at Belmont Park, partake in the vibrant scene of Garnet Avenue, Pacific Beach, enjoy a night time bay cruise on the Bahia Belle, bike, skate or stroll on the boardwalk or just have a relaxing day bathing in the sun on San Diego's most popular beach destination. So much is just within an easy walk or bike ride!
Fully furnished and equipped with everything you need, family and kid friendly, comfortable, convenient and private! Available for groups up to 10 only yards from both the beach and the bay. Perfect to entertain large groups with 2 patios and 2 balconies. 2 bedrooms, a large 1st floor den that doubles as sleeping quarters and the sofa bed in living room give you 4 separate sleeping areas. Our patio/BBQ area on the court is fully enclosed and private.

Why the Owner Chose Mission Bay
We feel we were very lucky to have found such a nice house right in the heart of Mission Beach, within easy walking distance of fabulous restaurants and recreation opportunities. Our location, on the narrow strip nestled between the ocean and the bay could not be more perfect to enjoy it all. Mission Beach is the quintessential San Diego destination - we "vacation" with our kids here as often as we can. A priority to us is to be able to walk or ride a bike to our destination, rather than deal with parking a car, and that is truly possible at our location!
The Unique Benefits at this House
Within 2 blocks of our house are some of the finest restaurants and coffee shops in Mission Beach - The Mission, Saska's, Guava Beach, the Boardwalk, just to name a few.
We are just around the corner from Mission Bay Aquatic Center - lessons and camps for all water sports; Mission Bay Recreation Center – ballfields, gym, and courts on the water; boat, jetski and kayak rentals, surf school and board rentals, plus much more. The Boardwalk and the Baywalk provide strolling, rollerblading and biking opportunities, and Belmont Park with the famous Big Dipper rollercoaster is just down the boardwalk a few blocks.
The Pacific surf is 2 blocks west, the calm beauty of Mission Bay is a stone’s throw from the patio. Our private enclosed patio is the perfect place to start the day with a cup of coffee or later enjoy a sundowner and BBQ. Younger children can enjoy the bay with our beach toys, older children can ride the waves on our boogie boards...

Cathy and Julie are long-time residents of Ocean Beach, just south of Mission Beach. We have always loved the beach and beach life, boating, diving, riding the surf - all that San Diego waters have to offer. We both love travel, adventure, our kids and our dogs, and we know that we are lucky to live in such an amazing place! We are pleased to be able to share these treasures with our guests.
