ON THE BEACH CONDO WITH GREAT VIEW OF THE WHITE SANDY BEACH, TURQUOISE WATERS AND MAIN POOL AREA. The view from inside the master bedroom or family room is beautiful. The balcony is large and spans across in front of the master bedroom and family room. The unit is furnished with new quality pillow top bedding. The master bedroom has a new king size bed. There is a new bunk bed with twin size mattresses and another twin size single bed in the second bedroom. We provide 300 ct. sheets for the linens. Plush towels are provided in both bathrooms.
There is a new 32" flat screen TV in the family room and a smaller 15" TV in the master bedroom. The kitchen has all the pots, pans and dishes needed to prepare your meals or you can enjoy one of many good seafood and steak restaurants in the area.
This complex is beautifully landscaped with palm trees and grass. You can enjoy the large Olympic size main pool or the second outdoor pool. There is a third indoor heated pool along with sauna and exercise equipment room. You can also reserve the club house for your activities. There are two outdoor charcoal cooking areas. You can play tennis in one of two full size fenced in courts.
The beach provides miles of sugar white sand to walk on. When you are tired of walking then you can rent a pair of cushioned recliners with a large shade umbrella. Across the street from the complex is "Adventure Island" for the kids to explore.
Close by are many activities to enjoy. There are ten golf courses, an outlet mall, souvenir shops, offshore fishing, jet ski rental, para sailing, and the "Wharf" complex has a ferris wheel, shopping and restaurants.

A True Thanksgiving Retreat!!

I rented this unit for a Thanksgiving holiday for my family of 4, all female. We had a marvelous time. The photos on the website are good, the furniture in the second bedroom has been updated and is nicer than depicted in the photos, my girls were thrilled. It is very tastefully decorated, very clean and neat with a beautiful view of the pool and gulf! The owner is very friendly and helpful, answered all of our questions and did everything he said he would. I would definitely rent here again and we actually talked about making this a Thanksgiving tradition! We ate at Bubba's right across the street while we were there, we recommend the Royal Reds! We also went to the Little Zoo that Could while we were there and highly recommend it as well. Thanks Greg for everything.

My family & I just got back from Orange Beach.(June 8-12) We were pleasantly surprised with this condo. It's furnishings were beautiful and the beds were soooo comfy. We have rented condos for several years and this is by far the best one yet. Would recommend this one and we will try to rent this one again. The rain shower in the master bedroom was wonderful. Greg was great to communicate with and kept us up-to-date with everything.

This condo was better than expected!! Owner was very helpful and informative and answered any questions in a timely manner. The master rain shower was so neat, everyone wanted to use it!!! Clean, very nice furnishings and convenient to some of our favorite restaurants and activities, would recommend staying here and would love to rent this one again!!!!!

Everything we needed for a fun and relaxing family vacation! Spectacular view, cheerful decor, clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. Convenient to grocery shopping, souvenir shops and restautants. We would definitely recommend this condo to friends and relatives.

My family stayed in this condo in July 2009. We had 2 adults and 3 young children and 2 "adult" children. It was a very enjoyable experience. This condo had everything that it advertised and easy access to any kind of shopping that we needed to do. And the beach was 15 seconds away which was quite nice for our young tired kids at the end of the day! Dealing with Greg was very easy and convenient. We will go there again in 2010 and would recommend this condo to any families with young children.
