Welcome to our home! Enjoy this four year old WATERFRONT, three level, four bedroom, 3 1/2 bath town home in the beautiful community of Bethany Marina, just minutes from Bethany Beach. This property has a boat slip on the Indian River bay which can hold up to a 34' boat with quick access to the Atlantic Ocean, known for great saltwater fishing!

Three decks overlook the water and when you are ready, take the Ocean Kayak for a spin on the bay. Water is everywhere & the community pool is a short walk away! Check your emails via high speed internet access and then make dinner in the kitchen or watch a movie on the large flat screen TV. Enjoy swimming in the outdoor pool or running by the bay.
The main level includes a powder room and a fully equipped kitchen. You will enjoy water views from several of the windows. The dining table seats six and the adjoining living area has attractive furnishings (queen sofa bed), a gas fireplace, TV with DVD & PlayStation 2. This level leads out to a waterfront deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee, dine outside or relax over cocktails while watching the gorgeous sunset.
The lower level has its own entrance and indoor access to garage storage. There is a full bath, bunk bed bedroom and family room with comfortable mustard furnishings and a TV with DVD player. You can walk-out to the deck where you can sunbathe or walk to your boat.
The upper level has three bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom has a king size bed, large closet, and a full bath. There is an adjoining balcony to relax on and enjoy the views. The other bedrooms contain a queen size bed and a bunk bed. They share a full bath and both have water views.
The unit has plenty of storage and there is a size washer and dryer. There is a garage used for storage where you can store your bicycles, beach gear, surf boards, water skis, etc. The public beaches, Bethany Beach boardwalk, shopping and restaurants are a short drive away. Magnolias Restaurant and the G&E grocery store is less than a half mile walk.

We stayed at this beautiful location for new years and had a wonderful and relaxing time! Great location in Bethany Beach - near the grocery store, golf course and restaurants. Great layout for fun family time. The kitchen was nicely equipped with all that we needed and then some. Beautifully decorated and clean - ample space for kids and adults. We loved being able to bring our dog along with us. The owner was great to work with and answered all of my questions. I would definitely rent this property again!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, pet owners, girls getaway.

I love heading to Bethany after a hard week in DC. This house has been a great escape year round for me and my family. We have brought our bikes down and had a great time riding over to the beach as well a kayaking in the evening. This has become my families "Second Home" and we love to get away here. The owner is so easy to work with and the place is always clean and ready for us when we arrive.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, pet owners, adventure seekers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is away from the hustle and bustle, yet still very close to the beach. Being on the water also adds an extra dimension. Our girls really enjoyed use of the kayaks and having our boat just steps away.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, pet owners, adventure seekers.
