Buses and metro are a few minutes away, the Spanish steps are 5 minutes walk, the Pantheon 8 minutes to the Vatican. You will need 10 to 15 minutes across the St. Angel bridge, it is in a safe area with a morning market just around the block.
This fully renewed 2 bedroom apartment with antique terra cotta floors has a lot of light, and a nice balcony where you can sit outside. The living room is spacious and offers a nice fire place, 2 sofas, coffee table, a dining area , a TV, Internet wi fi connection and AC.
The kitchen is fully equipped and the most important for central Rome is the silence as the bedrooms are on a internal court yard. One bedroom with queen size bed drawers and en suite bathroom. One bathroom with bath and with shower handle and curtain and toilet. The Kitchen with refrigerator, gas-stove, oven, fully equipped for cooking, Italian coffee maker.
* Cooking utensils, bed linen and towels are provided.
* Parking is available in a nearby garage (open 24/24).
* A cleaner is available during the rental period (at extra cost).
A private Mercedes limousine service can be arranged at the time of booking. The English-speaking driver/guide is available throughout your stay on a space available basis.
We can provide you with breakfast supplies, wine, and fresh flowers. Special requests can also be satisfied upon request at booking time. Cleaning service can be arranged for an hourly rate.
Contact ten days before arrival... we suggest calling or emailing to agree on times and arrangements for entering the apartment.
Upon your arrival you will receive a map of the city and useful information on the city sights, shops and places to eat in the area. Personal tours can be arranged with English speaking private tour guides
The apartment has a well supplied bookshelf at your disposition containing tourist and archaeological guide books in various languages and I will be on hand to help and suggest tourist itineraries.
