The pool is large, surrounded by lounge chairs and plenty of lawn space with BBQ's and umbrella tables, perfect for family picnics and fun in the sun. The beach is steps away from the pool. Enjoy the private beach with the pier and its amenities nearby. This area is quiet and scenic; great for long walks and bike riding with local shops and restaurants nearby.
The condo is bright and spacious with new marble flooring throughout the main floor. The 4 piece kitchen is new with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The pool is accessible through the unit's backdoor from the eat-in kitchen. The condo has a full laundry room conveniently located on the main floor. Upstairs, the bedrooms are big with a king size bed in the master that has an ensuite. The second bedroom has 2 beds with an ocean view. There are new windows throughout the condo which make it very bright and airy. Sea Ranch Villas is a well established community that is very safe and friendly.

Why the Owner Chose Lauderdale-by-the-Sea
We really enjoy Ft Lauderdale by the Sea and the Pompano Beach area. The beach is beautiful and clean, there are many good restaurants nearby, the Galleria mall is close, and there are lots of fun things to do in and around the city.
