The lower floor includes the kitchen, dining room, living room and a full bath. This space has tall pillars supporting an artisan wood ceiling. It is completely open-air and is a wonderful place to sit in comfort and watch as toucans, scarlet macaws, iguanas, monkeys, parrots and more go about their day in the forest.
The sleeping area of the house is completely enclosed with windows and screens and features luxury bathrooms and spacious rooms. Full entertainment center in the den.
The property is terraced and features a wonderful view from the tree swing and sitting area right behind the house. Rise one terrace higher and you come to the magnificent fountain, wading pool and large infinity pool with views of Herradura Bay and Isla Herradura.
