The apartment I offer to You it is really a dream for me, I tried to put it in the most romantic way possible, I restored it completely on march 2009 following my must, elegance and romanticism.
The apartment is definitely located in the best and well known area in town, 100% safe, day time and night time, I try to give what I would like to receive when i travel so I will be ready and happy to welcoming You showing all my favourite but NOT TOURISTIC places of the area, I also give full assistance while You are here, I live 5 minutes from the apartment so I'm always on call
With regard to the apartment I can say it is located on the 2nd floor with an historical building with elevator. it is 50 sq.mt have a look at pictures for the building....it has original statues inside, there is a inner court and the apartment has a view over the peaceful inner court. You are in the historical centre, not noisy at all because it is almost pedestrian and for resident, from the apartment You will hear nothing but seagull, the birds of the centre. There is a living room with a big kitchen wall, equipped with oven cookery dish washer and a big fridge. a nice country table a new sofa bed for 2 and an ancient chair, there also is at the entrance a corridor with a big built in wardrobe. The bedroom is on the " split level " as You can see on pictures....believe me it is too romantic and then the toilette with shower. The apartment has air conditioning and indipendent heater.
Just a few things close to us but not in the touristic path…..
Campo Marzio,Ara Pacis, Largo S.Rocco, Mausoleo di Augusto, Palazo Borghese, Palazzo di Firenze, Palazzo Ruspoli, Piazza Mignanelli, Pincio, Trinità dei Monti, Via Bocca di Leone, Vicolo delle Orsoline, Via piè dio marmo, Piazza della Minerva, Via della croce, Vicolo delle Orsolini, Via di Fontanella Borghese, via di Ripetta, Via dei Prefetti, Via Margutta, Vicolo del Divino Amore, Villa Malta e Villa medici…just to say a few….
The area is absolutely safe, daytime and night time full of shops, bars, restaurants and unique boutiques I will be pleased to show you when you will be here but also antiquities, book shops, home furniture, flower composition artists, heats, shirts and ties unique boutiques, pipes shops...
I mean there is everything but the best things are usually hidden from the touristic path! Talking about distances I can say the Pantheon is just outside the front door, SENATUS 100 mt, Piazza Navona 200 mt, Piazza campo de' Fiori 400 mt,Parliament 200 mt, Trevi Fountain 300 mt, the amazing and unique Jewish Ghetto 500 mt what else to say, here you do not need any transport system apart a few bus stops to go to St. Peter and to the Colosseo but obviously if you do not want to walk because they are 1.5 km and 2.5 km away.
This is a 40 sq mt loft completely restored in APRIL 2009, everything is 100% new. There is a nice bed with the view over the columns, it is a dream inside a dream, 2 nice coaches an antique table with 4 chairs, a new sofa bed a fully equipped kitchen corner and a toilette with a big and new idromassage shower with radio in. There also is a nice built in wardrobe and closet. It is definitely perfect for 2 but also good for a family or 4 good friends. This loft has everything you need to give you a nice an unique romantic ROMAN HOLIDAY at a reasonable price with my full assistance, I live 10 minutes from Your HOME.

I love travelling so this is not really a business because It is a pleasure to offer what i would like to receive when I go abroad. I personally welcome my friends because not all the people have the chance to come in town 2 or 3 times in life so showing the best places and also short cuts in order to save time for me it is worthless. When I'm abroad I usually find the best bar the day before leaving, with me You will find before coming.
