Relax on the spacious balcony overlooking the peaceful lagoon or enjoy the fantastic view of the ocean. This first floor condo is located on the south side of the resort only a short distance from the ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need and washers and dryers are available in the building. There is a Queen Size bed, two single beds and a sleeper sofa as well as two full baths.

Hilton Head Island is one of the best beaches in beautiful South Carolina. Everything needed for a fun vacation is located on the grounds of Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort. There are two full-size pools, one is the largest on the Island. There is also a kiddie pool for the little ones. There s a playgound area with grills, ten lighted tennis courts and basketball courts, a new fittness center and a arcade room.
Hilton Head Beach and Tennis is a gated resort with 24-hour security. You can enjoy a snack at the Lagoonside Bar & Grill or dine at one of Hilton Head's 170 restaurants. In season, bike rentals and a poolside cafe are available. There is also a general store and movie rentals.







































Hilton Head has lots of shopping with more than 500 specialty and outlet shops from all price ranges. Other activities including deep sea fishing, crabbing, nature cruises, and golfing are available. From the island, historic Charleston, South Carolina is 45 minutes away or Savannah, Georgia is only 30 minutes away.
