Orzi De Montecito estate is located in the beautiful and prestigious Montecito, California. Our gated estate is nestled in the spectacular Toro Canyon with views of the Pacific Ocean and the Channel Islands and surrounded by the lush Los Padres National Forest.
Our quiet and private resort is a few minutes from the Montecito Village, Santa Barbara, world-class beaches and the Santa Barbara wine country.
A Richard Buckminster Fuller “Geodesic Dome” design. This home has classic contemporary architecture and feel. It features a large master bedroom with king-size bed, a second bedroom with queen-size bed and a charming large loft bedroom with queen-size bed and reading area with sofa. The Dome house has a full bathroom with Jacuzzi and a Steam/Shower room with beautiful stain glasses.
A large dining/living room area with fireplace leads to a private deck and lawn with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and Channel Islands. The fully equipped kitchen has views of the ocean and the estate park. Common area Swimming Pool is available to our Dome guests.
The Dome house also includes an Intercom service and an external laundry room with a washer and dryer available to use. Utilities (Water, Gas and Electricity are included in our rental rates. Wireless High-Speed Internet and Cable TV are included in our rates

Monthly rates: 1 - 5 months: $4,000; 6 - 11 months: $3,500; 12 months & up: $3,200
Non-refundable Checkout Cleaning Fee: $175.
Utilities (Water, Gas and Electricity) are included in our rental rates
Wireless High-Speed Internet & Cable TV service included in our 1-to-5-mont rates
A refundable Security Deposit is required & varies according to the length of stay
