Located inside the gates at the Anthem Golf and Country Club, this quiet and breath taking HOME is located on a private roadway situated on a golf course lot that lends to endless views of the Daisy mountains and glowing sunsets.
From the property you can walk to stores, restaurants, spas and salons plus numerous recreational activities right at your door step. A short car ride will take you to Cave Creek, Scottsdale, or the mountains of Flagstaff and Sedona.
The beauty of the desert will not disappoint, the backyard has an unobstructed view of the golf course and mountains; Anthem Golf & Country Club is a bloom in the desert nestled in the quiet beauty of the high Sonoran desert foothills at the base of Daisy Mountain. My HOME is designed to give you optimal room and views. It's tastefully appointed with all the amenities ~ why rent a hotel or condo when you can have a HOME with all the amenities of a Country Club!
Guests will have access to (2) fully equipped fitness centers (group exercise) and two pools via the Persimmon and Ironwood Country Clubs for a small daily fee (see below). Plus you have all the amenities of Parkside which is also located in Anthem.
Memberships can be transferred which would include access to golf, club restaurants, pool and fitness facilities for stays of at least six-months.
There are many golf courses within driving range of Anthem, so if you wish to get out and swing the clubs; you'll find more than enough public courses to fill your days.

Fitness Facilities: $10 per day per person (includes access to pool for the day).

Anthem has an altitude of 2500 feet so it's normally 6 to 9 degrees cooler which allows you year-round enjoyment.

I chose Anthem because it's close to the Northern regions of Arizona, you are a short ride to Sedona and the Grand Canyon; technically you're not in the Valley - so it's a few degrees cooler, however, you're only minutes from Scottsdale and the airport. It's the most pristine Country Club, immaculate the moment you pass through the gates, and Anthem boasts (2) Country Clubs(available with six-month stay)...more importantly the home is situated on a beautiful golf course lot with nothing but desert landscape to the front - therefore you have complete privacy. We very much enjoyed our stay at your home. Everything was as exactly as promised. The house was beautiful and was only out done by the view from the back patio. The bed was extremely comfortable and provided restful nights. Thank you! The only disappointment was the unavailability of internet. My husband's vacations are usually working vacations which require internet access so we had to bring along a MIFI. We would most definitely recommend your property to others.

Craig, I had a blast while staying in your house, not only because of the company I was with, but also because of the comfortable feeling within the house! The pictures of your lovely home in the listing were "spot on". Everything was clean and well maintained. The nights on the patio were especially fantastic, listening to the frogs and waiting for the coyotes to howl off in the distance. The views were gorgeous, and the golfers were fun to watch teeing off. I would recommend this house to anyone that wants to get away from the hussle and bussle of normal life and just wants to kick back and enjoy the quiet! The gated community was very quiet, and easy to walk around. The pool facilities were clean and welcoming. The massage, at the clubhouse, was beyond my expectations. Thanks for turning me onto the town of Anthem!!!

Craig Bradley's awesome Arizona home comes highly recommend. We had a great time and vacation. The views from all the rooms are absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the covered patio each morning and watching the golfers of all ages and the beautiful course. His home has everything you could want and need, including the best property manager ever! She fullfilled our every want and need. This vacation was by far our best and my husband's dream come true of being on a golf course. We are looking forward to another vacation there this spring. You can't go wrong with this property! My husband and I spent Thanksgiving week in Craig's beautiful home and hope to come back next year. The view from the patio of the golf course, mountains, and the desert landscape was nothing short of picture perfect (and we took lots of pictures!). The house was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Our only hiccup was the satelite TV that we weren't familiar with but Mary Beth and her husband, Craig's property managers, were there instantly to assist us and all was well. restaurants we enjoyed: Q to U BBQ and Roberto's mexican Thanks Craig

Me and my girlfriends stayed at Craig's beautiful place and had a wonderful time. The location is incredible, the backyard is so peaceful and majestic; I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an upscale escape.

We stayed in this fabulous property for 10 days in August 2009. It had everything a family of four could need and we also had access to the Country Club for all our swimming pool requirements. We would definately recommend this property and would stay in it again if back in Arizona. All dealings with the owner and the property manager were easy and very friendly. I finally made my way out the Anthem, let me say, the Bradley's are wonderful to work with and the home more than met my expectations. You feel like the rich and famous. My husband and I toured this property recently on a trip to Arizona. Beautiful property, with excellent amenities. Perfect for our family of 5, the kids will be able to hang out at the pool while I hit the spa. We plan on spending at least two weeks a year here! A great escape from the frigid Wisconsin winters!
