Welcome to your holiday home away from home situated in one of the most prestigious resorts in Kissimmee, Emerald Island Resort. Luxury, space and value abound in this impeccably accommodated, large home at an affordable cost. This 6 bedroom, 5.5 bath home sleeps up to 14 guests and is ideal for family groups.
Before you arrive, we will send you a GPS that has the address pre-programmed in for your convenience as well as other points of interest (Disney, Universal, etc).
This house is professionally decorated and includes more than the necessities. From the open floor plan to the lanai with heated pool and spa you're sure to enjoy all the comforts this home has to offer. Features such as flat panel wide screen televisions, DVD players, kids area with XBox 360 and guitar hero, and a game room with pool table, ping pong table and dart board will keep the whole family entertained.
Through the front door you enter a very comfortable formal lounge and dining area. These areas are beautifully appointed with upgraded furnishings and will prove to make a grand first impression.
Proceeding throughout he home, you will find it has a wonderful open concept floor plan with the kitchen, family room and large breakfast nook all situated adjacent and open to one another at the back of the home overlooking the lanai and pool area. The "heart" of the home lends itself perfectly to family gatherings. There are many places for large and small gatherings for both children and adults.
The kitchen features granite counter tops, an under mounted sink, new upgraded appliances and a large pantry. The breakfast area is spacious with a table and chairs for casual dining or set up as a buffet. The family room has a large sectional sofa, reading corner with leather lounge chair and a 42" flat panel wide screen television, DVD player and stereo. There is a full service laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
All bedrooms provide for a peaceful nights sleep with upgraded furnishings and new linens. There is an elegant master bedroom on the first floor with king size bed, dresser, TV, clock/radio, roomy storage and closet space and has it's own en-suite full bathroom. The upstairs features 3 additional master suites with bathrooms, one of which has been converted into a child's haven complete with 2 sets of twin bunk beds for that dormitory feel, also TV, DVD player as well as an en-suite full bathroom. The 2 additional guest bedrooms are share a bathroom, one with a queen bed the other with two twin beds.
The pool patio provides an area for dining complete with table and 6 chairs, 4 lounge chairs and large umbrella and extends to an open screened area surrounding the pool and spa allowing you to either relax in the shade or bask in the Florida sun.
Additional items include a child's play pen, high chair and stroller.
