You can enjoy beautiful views of the courtyard pool and the ocean from the ground floor's spacious patio. The condo has been newly renovated with new cabinets throughout, Corian countertops, tile floors in the main living areas and tiled bathrooms.
The master bedroom has brand new pillow top king size mattress and a private bath with a jetted tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin size bed with access to the hall bath. The third bedroom (crow's nest) has two twin beds with built in storage. The living room has a pull out sofa that will sleep two.
