There can't be a better location in Park City. A 200 yard walk to the resort, so it was 10 minutes from the time we walked out the door until we were on the lifts. Same short walk to catch the shuttle to Main Street. The place was perfectly comfortable, and we had 6 adults. We will be staying here on our next trip back to Park City. Thanks from Brandon Bates and the rest of the Birmingham, Alabama crowd!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this property. It was a really great. It is walking distance to the slopes. The amenities were great inside. It was very convenient. Great stay all around.

Recommended for:Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We certainly enjoyed our stay at your condo this past week. The condo was very convenient to the slopes and a very nice place to stay. Two things that we wish the condo had was a designated parking spot and also a hot tub which would have made the stay much nicer, otherwise the condo was well decorated and a pleasant place to stay.

Park City Ski Condo

To be able to walk to Park City ski hill and restraunts is the luxury of this location. If there is room in the garage to park it makes it nice to pack and unpack your vehicle. Well kept, clean, good amount of room and amenities. We'd use again.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. It is so convenient to the ski slopes and very well equipped. Park City is a great destination because you can ski free on your day of arrival and have great access to three great ski resorts. I would recommend this property without hesitation.

We arrived on August 5, 2010 and stayed for three nights. The information provided by the owner made getting to the condo and gaining access very easy. The unit is pristine and decorated very attractively in a western/mountain motif. The owner provides everything for making yourself at home and after a quick stop at the nearby market for some groceries we were all set. This unit could not be closer to the Park City Mountain Resort as it is directly accross the street. There are three shuttle stops nearby. The shuttle will take you everywhere and it's free! However, the summer weather was so beautiful we walked to Old Town several times which is less than a mile away. Would definitely stay here again.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Perfect location & accommodations! Everything in the condo has been pristine. We hade a super time until I fractured my knee on the last afternoon! Then I was so grateful that we were on ground level!

My husband, children and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo. It had everything we needed to make the most of our time in Park City and felt like home. With Park City Mountain Resort located across the street, the children were able to go ice skating on their own and then return to the condo for lunch. We had a great time skiing and with the lifts being across the street we could go whenever we wanted. We were easily able to access the grocery store as well as everything else we needed. Thank you Tim for all you did to make our vacation so memorable. We are looking forward to our next trip to Park City and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else.

We stayed at Empire House January 9th to the 13th with our 3 kids and very thing was wonderful. First, the location is terrific, directly across the street from Park City Mountain Resort, a short walk to the lifts. We didn't bring a car, but the free shuttle bus is great and runs often. We would walk to Main Street, it takes 10-15 minutes, and take the shuttle back to the condo. As to the condo itself, inside, it is very clean and new, comfortable beds, well equiped kitchen, dining table with chairs, etc. We couldn't of asked for more. The owner, Tim, was very helpful and friendly as well. When I return to Park City, I know where I will stay!!

Review Submitted: April 10, 2010 My stay here was excellent. The condo could not be in a better location - right across the street from the Park City ski area, and for those in town for Sundance (which was my case), the condo is just a couple of blocks from the library and a block from the bus stop. The place is very well maintained - everything is very new and very clean. I hope to stay there again in future visits to Park City. Thanks, G
