You will be able to enjoy the incredible views from two decks. The top floor deck is huge and you can even dine will watching the sun set! This 2 bedroom plus loft and three bathrooms is ideal!
Vail 21 is just steps away from the ski slopes and Gondola. Walk out your door and select your favorite restaurant and shops. You are in the center of it all!! The complex has a common hot tub, right down the hallway from this condo.
Once inside, you will enjoy the open and airy feeling in the living room due to the two story ceiling. Tons of sunshine flows in with all the windows.
This spacious floor plan accommodates plenty of people. The master has a king bedroom with a private bath. The second bedroom has two twins with a bathroom. The loft has two couches and its own bathroom.
The living room also has a sofa / sleeper. The kitchen is fully equipped with direct southern views of the ski slopes. In the winter, you can create a roaring fireplace with real wood! Also, the bus is nearby in case you want to explore other areas.

While we enjoyed the fabulous location and were repeat renters (stayed the same time last year for 2 night), we paid a high cleaning fee that was more than half the cost for one night for the 2 nights and arrived to find dirty bathrooms (nicely folded towels), dirty and stained sheets (gross) and dirty carpeting throughout--crumbs, hair, etc. I emailed this to the property manager on the date of check out and received no reply. Note, I had pre-paid in full and was not asking for anything. Sort of disappointing and just mostly disgusting.

Manager response: Hello and thank you for your review. I was very troubled and sorry to have received this review. Especially, since the guests and I had been in phone contact many times before their arrival because we were not receiving each other's emails. Unfortunately, I never received a call informing me they were not satisfied with the condition. If so, we would have sent the cleaning crew back immediately. I strive for complete customer satisfaction and regrettably, I did not have the opportunity to provide this to them due to my lack of notification that there was a problem. I also did not receive the email after their stay. It is also confusing to me because I spoke with the cleaning crew while they were cleaning the property to make sure everything was in order. In seven years, I have never had a bad review. Our business is centered around ensuring a wonderful stay for our guests. Here is the type of review I am used to receiving. "Susan, I just want to thank you for everything. We had a wonderful trip and we couldn't of been happier with our condo. You are a very patient person having to deal with me and I will pass your name on to all my friends. Could you please give me your address because we would like to send you something in appreciation of our stay" I am truly sad about this and I wish I knew about this problem during their stay so I could have created a great experience for them.

We had a great time in Vail staying in this roomy, comfortable,convenient, clean condo in January 2010 . We would go again with our family, children aged 17,20,24 years old.I would certainly recommend this condo to anyone,especially good with a family of teenagers.The Jacuzzi was just outside the door and we were in the heart of Lionshead ,so very close to all restaurants,icerink ,gondola etc.Its a very short walk to Gondola .Also just a few steps to bustop to catch shuttle to Vail Village.The owners were very helpful.Many Thanks

Location, Location, Location!! If you love to walk to shops, restaurants, skiing and numerous activities, Lionshead is great place to vacation! This condo is on the top floor and takes full advantage of the amazing ski slope views. You are next to the new Arrabelle and all their new shops. In the winter, you can even ice skate. It also has plenty of space, two story living area, wood burning fireplace and two decks. Hot tub is right down the hall and has an assigned parking space. All this creates a fantastic vacation condo!

The top floor deck is an incredible feature! You can dine while watching the sunset. If you prefer, you can enjoy sitting out in the sun. The size and privacy is not typical! Also, the loft is very spacious and can be used as an extra sleeping area and living room. The kitchen, dining and living room is open, airy and spacious. The condo is an end location so there is extra windows to enjoy the views! Of course, you can walk to the Gondola, shops and restaurants. Great combination of everything!
