We offer clean, comfortable, yet affordable, accommodations for visitors who prefer to spend more of their time (and money) enjoying the sights of Maui than on lavish resorts. Our convenient location has shopping, beaches, parks, restaurants and deli's all within walking distance. Our studio has been recently refurnished; a cozy arrangement that sleeps 2. It features a private full bath/shower with towels, linens etc..
It has a kitchenette for light cooking with a medium sized refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner plate stove, coffee maker, convection/toaster oven, blender, etc.
We also provide basic beach equipment:- beach towels, mats, umbrellas, beach chairs and even coolers.

studio is left clean and undamaged.

Year Purchased: 1988
After having owned and operated a large B&B in Northern California for many years I decided to move to Maui. Kihei is the perfect spot for a lifestyle of mixing easy living with spectacular scenery and outdoor activities. The studio is the perfect way for me to offer an affordable vacation to others who appreciate the beauty of Maui. Those who have stayed in the studio through the years have been very pleased. Many have returned again and again and referred their friends to this economical vacation choice.

Hawaii's climate in Kihei is hard to beat with most days balmy and warm.
