There are three beautifully furnished bedrooms, available for up to six adult guests for a stay of one week or longer. This stunning fully-furnished European Country Guest House is situated on the estate grounds of Saddle Peak Estate, located in a peaceful setting nestled into the natural beauty of the Santa Monica Mountains above Malibu, California.
There are outstanding views of the ocean, city and mountain from almost every window. Situated behind stone pillars, and a wrought iron automated gate for privacy, this beautifully landscaped, highly styled, ultimate retreat with its very romantic setting suits the needs and wishes of the most discerning.
Please Note:
There is a one week minimum.
Our Guest House is available for up to six adult guests.
We are not set up for children under the age of 16.
With the one week rental, plus an extra deposit, you may have an event or reception of up to 20 adults.
Housekeeping service are provided once per week. Additional services may be available at extra cost.

The vacation rental is our ocean-view Guest House, which is part of our large estate situated in a peaceful setting in the Santa Monica Mountains above Malibu. Since we are at an elevation of 2300 feet, above the marine fog that overlays the ocean, there are spectacular views including the ocean, city, sky and mountains. We can see Catalina Island, the ocean yacht races and the stars at night. There is wildlife, including deer, owls, hawks and hummingbirds. We are away from the noise of the city, yet near enough to enjoy its benefits. It’s a perfectly romantic setting for you to enjoy, as we do.

There are three bedrooms, sleeping a maximum of 6 adults. The Peach Bedroom is a suite on the first floor with 2 Single Beds, or 1 King Bed, The Rose Bedroom on the second floor has 1 Queen Bed, The Violet Bedroom on the second floor has 1 Queen Bed. All three full-sized bedrooms are situated to look at the view through large windows dressed with soft pastel Duo-Shades and elegant designer draperies. The three Bedrooms have ample closets, and the two Bathrooms are finished in the rich beauty of natural marbles and other fine details. There are Two Bathrooms: The Bathroom on first floor has toilet, walk-in bath with shower The Bathroom on second floor has toilet, bath with shower Plus, The Pool Bath includes an outdoor shower. All Guest House bathrooms have Travertine marble floors and wall sections detailed with insets of Sea Green Slate. The first-floor Bath includes a walk-in Kohler Precedence tub-shower and Kohler IV Georges fixtures in Vibrant Brushed Nickel. Additionally, for your convenience there is a separate laundry area that contains a Maytag Washer-Dryer set.
