Why the Owner Chose Noe Valley
My husband and I always dreamed of living in San Francisco. When we started thinking about the move we looked all over the city. Surprisingly enough it took us almost no time at all to realize that Noe Valley was where we wanted to be. Located within walking distance to some of the best coffee, restaurants, wine, shops around we were naturally pulled there. Not to mention the proximity to Dolores park! Fair Oaks already had a great reputation of being a sweet, historic, tree lined street. Known for its blow out Halloween trick-or-treating, Spring time sidewalk sales and friendly vibe we always felt at home.
The Unique Benefits of this Flat
Now when we come back to San Francisco its almost as if we never left. That same friendly community is still thriving. Although some of the shops or restaurants might change from time to time, it always seems to just bring new life - more things to explore. We love the location and easy access to the rest of the city. We don't have to go anywhere to be completely comfortable, but if we want to go downtown or museum hopping its just a train ride away.
