  Darling little cottage, close to the beach, lots of little touches, well stocked kitchen, unusually comforable convertible bed, close to all attractions in the Santa Cruz area! Great book full places to dine and things to do in the area! We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property!

  This was perfect for our recent trip to Santa Cruz for a birthday celebration. We couldn't all fit in the main house, so my daughter and I needed to find other accommodations. Great value and location, and Andy (the owner) couldn't have been nicer even when I locked myself out at 11 at night. The description of the unit is very accurate. The kitchen was well appointed, the bathroom was really nice, and everything was clean and modern. The WiFi and DirectTV were unexpected bonuses. I would recommend this cottage for someone needing a one bedroom, cozy place to stay while enjoying all the fun Santa Cruz has to offer.

  This was a nice little resting spot for our family on a 2 day getaway to Santa Cruz. We spent most of the time outdoors but it was a nice place to crash at the end of the day.

  This little cottage was immaculate, nicely appointed, and in a perfect location! The kitchen was gorgeous, and the bed unbelievably comfortable for a fold out. The shower was beautiful and makes me want to redo my own! The one block walk to the beach and great breakfast was perfect too. Best of all, the owner (lives on-site in the main house) was the nicest guy and incredibly accomodating. Thank you so much for making it the perfect little vacation!

  This was a great place for us to stay at during my vacation. It is SUPER clean which is really important to me.Nice new SS appliances. Very cozy and private. I would definetly return to this awesome place Look no further...This is the place to stay

  My wife and I wanted to get away for a weekend by the beach. So glad that we decided on this cottage. We loved our walks along the beach, very close to the cottage. Thanks Andy for accommodating us on such short notice. We will definitely be back soon!

  The cottage was just as described, very cozy and quiet. We were blessed with wonderful weather too! We are looking forward to returning around the Thanksgiving holiday, if not sooner!

  My girlfriend and I spent our Thanksgiving weekend at the Aloha Beach Cottage. The place is just as described: cozy, clean, and well-appointed. We cooked most of our meals in the cottage, including Thanksgiving dinner (grilled tri-tip) The bed is a fold-out model, but is about as comfortable as one can be. We enjoyed our nightly walks to watch the sunset at Pleasure Point. As an added bonus, the surf pumped for our entire stay. The owners, who live in the adjoining main house, are very friendly and down-to-earth. If you're looking for an affordable couples getaway, this is the spot.

  This worked out well. I put this vacation weekend together to surprise my girlfriend. I just gave her the address and told her to pack her bags...risky, but she was not dissappointed in the least. thanks Andy for being so easy to deal with on such short notice.
