Loved the place! Super clean, fun interior and every amenity a family or group of friends would need for a nice get away. The condo was just a short walk to the water, racetrack and fun shopping. Grocery stores are a short drive away. We enjoyed our time inside the condo as much as the rest of our vacation. The owner has truly gone out of her way to make sure guests have everything they need and was even available for questions during our stay. We were traveling with kids ranging in age from 6 to 15, the space was great for all of them. I can't believe that we were so lucky to have found this place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The property is immaculate -- very tidy and beautifully maintained. The owner has truly thought of everything -- all the necessary amenities are provided; the furniture is very comfortable; everything works perfectly; etc. The location is super, and we did not notice the train at all. We would definitely stay here again.

What a great place to stay! We felt as if we were at the beach the moment we stepped into the townhome...casual coast decor. The townhome is more than well-stocked! I don't believe there was anything Christy hadn't thought of. She is quite the host! Beaches were an easy walk, as well as great restaurants, the weekly open-air market, and the Coaster train were a stroll away. San Diego was a quick car ride south, and Legoland north. This was a family vacation with boys 7 and 9, and grandparents. We were very comfortable in the townhome, enjoyed the garden, and the boys played basketball almost every evening! The only issue was that we weren't ready to go home after our week's stay! We would certainly stay at Christy's agian, given the opportunity!!

Great time in San Diego

Spent a week in Solana Beach in March with my wife and 2 children ages 2 and 3. The House was in a great location. Close to the beach and tons of great places to eat. The place was set up perfectly for a family. Kids had there own room and we could hang out downstairs while they were sleeping. Having a garage to park in was also very convenient. Made lots of our own meals in the well stocked kitchen. Beds and bathrooms were great. I will definitely stay here again. Christy was great and easy to work with.

This was a wonderful vacation place. Christy made us feel at home the minute we walked in the condo, she had it decorated for Christmas!! It has EVERYTHING you would need and more!A FANTASTIC place to stay, my family loved it and would go back again.

This was my family's second year in a row here, and we had another great time. The location is ideal for So Cal activities -- Del Mar Beach (personal favorite), Disneyland and Legoland to name a few. Excellent value, especially for the holiday season. The property is immaculately maintained, and the decor is fun. Thanks to the homeowners for welcoming us back. We hope to return in the future!

Well-decorated, clean, lovingly cared-for property! Photos do not do the place justice. I actually told the owner that! Plenty of room for the five of us, which includes an 18, 6, and 4 year old. Thoughtful touches including a nightlight in the kids' bathroom, plenty of videos for the whole family, shell decor, games, tons of closet space, extra linens, etc. Beach amenities were a plus- we didn't have to pack chairs, beach towels, sand toys, etc., because they were all available at the property. Great location, close to beach - I dropped off people and beach items, but you can easily walk to and from North Beach. Easy walk to Cedros Design District for lunch, shopping, Sunday farmer's market. 10 minute drive to Del Mar shopping area. Walking distance to Del Mar racetrack and fairgrounds. Quick 15-20 minute drive to Legoland and Carlsbad Outlet Mall. Easy freeway access. 5 minute drive to major grocery store- perfect for preparing meals in the well-stocked kitchen, which can comfortably seat 8. Washer and dryer is very handy and on site. Complex is clean, well-lit and modern. Grassy area on property is perfect for using the included BBQ, playing croquet, frisbee, basketball and running around. Owner is fantastic answering questions and replying to e-mails. When you break down the weekly cost vs. a local hotel for 5 people, you really can't beat the value and amenities. I hope to return soon - highly recommended, except now that I wrote this review, the property will probably be booked!

Great Hospitality and Beautiful, Clean, Condo

We stayed in this condo during spring break and had a wonderful time. After a long flight from Indianapolis, it was nice to be personally met by the property manager and shown around the condo. Not only was Christy warm and hospitable, but she went the extra mile and had personalized beach toys for our two boys. The condo is immaculate, well organized and is even cuter in person than in the photos. It is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location in Solana Beach is perfect for families trying to get away from the hustle and bustle of San Diego, yet close enough to sight see. The Naked Cafe and Tony's Jocal were the two best restaurants we tried in Solana Beach. We even ate at The Naked Cafe twice. The pancakes there are probably the best I've ever had. I highly recommend this property.

We (6 of us) had a great time this townhouse is everything the owner says it is and more. You could not ask for a better deal and the owner is GREAT and we will be back next year.
