Nestled in the heart of Goose Rocks Beach and just across the street from the beach, the Loft offers unobstructed and expansive ocean views. The Loft will sleep 4 comfortably. It offers the privacy and convenience of a well equipped home. Upstairs you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a full bath, and a spacious dining and living area. The first floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen sized bed and the second with 2 twin beds that is air conditioned. Also on the first floor is a 3/4 bath with a full laundry room. Amenities include: direct beach access, free parking for 2 cars, an outdoor gas grill, an outdoor shower, full stove and refrigerator, cable TV and DVD player.
Sorry, no pets or smoking. Owner does not provide linens and towels.
All this for $2,200 for July & August per week. Off season rates for June & September (after Labor Day) $1,500 per week

This is our 4 year visiting GRB in Kennebunkport, and this is by far, the best location. Great Ocean views, with the beach a few steps away! Feels like being home, but better! Try The Ramp in Cape Porpoise, but go early!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

This home is well-equipped with everything you need to feel right at home! It is located across the street from the ocean, where the beach is perfect for children! This home is located close to so many things and there is always something to do. Can't wait to vacation at Goose Rocks Beach next summer!
