Front bedroom is water side. There are 2 comfortable screened porches, one upstairs, one downstairs. The inside charm comes from its true wainscoting and beamed ceilings. There are 6 beds upstairs, and the living room has a trundle bed that sleeps 2, with a total of 8. The spacious driveway holds 6 cars on a dead-end street. There is an outside hot/cold shower to keep the sand where it belongs.

Family owned by Mom and 3 sisters. We have had many family memories in this cottage. From babies to adults, fun is had by all.
Why the Owner Chose Milford
Our home is walking distance to Charles Island, a fun adventure during low tide. Walks on the beach to a nearby state park with board walk has breath taking sunsets.
The Unique Benefits of this House
This beach is family friendly. At low tide, beach activities abound: badminton, volleyball, horse shoes, kite flying. High tide is calm enough for toddlers to swim. Fires in fire kettles are welcomed.
