Fall is here and it's not too late to book your getaway for foliage season. You'll have a great time, fishing, boating, hiking and mountain biking at Pearly Pond. The water is great and you won't find a nicer place to relax either fishing or just hanging out on the deck enjoying the foliage around the pond. We're catching largemouth bass, pickerel and perch.
The cottage is less than 10 minutes from Franklin Pierce University (it's on the same lake). It's perfect for a weekend visit with your student.
We offer you a nice clean cottage with 75 feet of sandy beach and a canoe. The deck stairs come right down to the water's edge. There is a well-equipped kitchen for your convenience and many fine restaurants in the area if you prefer to go out. Our cottage can accommodate up to 7 persons. The Market Basket store is only 2.5 miles away and there is also a Hannaford's/Walmart just 1 mile further in the same direction.
We're now booking for September and October at a rate of $700/wk or $125 to $150/night (2 night minimum). Pre-payment 14 days in advance by check of a refundable $200 security deposit to hold reservations. There is an additional cleaning fee of $25 if pets accompany guests.
