Life doesn’t get any better than this! This two acre property with 150 feet of no-bank waterfront offers a comfortable and cozy cabin, and the best beach on the canal. The 1600 square foot cabin features expansive views, a beautiful private setting and a unique salt water creek along side the property.
At the Black Point Beach Cabin you will enjoy the best of beach living. Soak up the sun, dine at the beach, roast marshmallows in the fire pit, beach comb and watch the boats go by. See beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Watch the eagles, sea lions, birds, deer and all that nature provides. Bring your fishing poles and crab pots. Gather oysters from your own beach and dig for geoducks at low tide. Go diving and swimming. Or sit back, relax and watch the changing tide.
The quaint cabin has two bedrooms and ¾ bath. One bedroom has a queen size bed, and the other a king size bed and set of bunks. The large front room has terrific views, a wood stove, fold out couch and plenty of extra room for activities or sleeping bags. Fantastic cabin meals can be created in the kitchen that has everything a cook may need. Nearby dining area has a wood burning fireplace and room for all. Laundry room has a washer and dryer, plenty of storage and an extra refrigerator/freezer. Two decks provide great lounging, views and places for outdoor living, dining, even sleeping!
The cabin is light and restful. Pets are welcome. There is a buoy and swim dock in front, and boat launch and marina within minutes. Also propane BBQ plus a Weber on wheels (you can take to the beach), fire pit, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fresh linens, shower-everything you need for your beach getaway.
If you feel like exploring, there are many hikes and waterfalls nearby. Within an hour you can drive to Hurricane Ridge or Port Townsend. On colder days stoke up the fire and enjoy the books and games at the cabin, watch a movie or simply take in the peacefulness and incredible views all around you. Wonderful memories are created here! You will not want to leave this special place.
