What a marvelous experience we had at this condo! The condo was absolutely beautiful and we immediately felt right at home. The view was amazing! It was tastefully furnished without the loud bright colors you find in many beach condos. You can tell the owners cherish this space. When planning your trip remember to include laundry detergent, grab a few extra dishwasher tablets from home, and maybe a few rolls of toilet paper if you prefer a softer brand. :o) Remember to check out the closet on the balcony before you buy tons of beach supplies. The closet is stashed with plenty of skim and boogie boards, lawn chairs, and other goodies! Hope you enjoy your stay here! If you stay at this condo you must eat the Oyster House and Lulu's!!

By far the best condo we have ever rented! The place is fully stocked with everything you will ever need (blender, crock pot, etc.) and is extremely spacious. We were there with our teens and there was plenty of room for everyone to spawl out and relax. The keypad entry was another great feature - we weren't worried about keys or keycards. We were there during the beginning of the NCAA tournament so the large TV in the main area was really appreciated by my son and husband. And Cayce was great to work with - we are already trying to figure out when we can go back and rent the condo again!

Beautifully decorated unit and a great week at Orange Beach

This is a wonderful unit, beautifully decorated, with 3 flat screen TVs, comfortable beds and a kitchen with all the utensils and amenities. Cayce was super to work with and made things easy. Orange Beach was just fine with minimal oil impact. There was no oil smell and we encourage everyone to support the Alabama Gulf Coast. We hope it works out for us come back to this exact unit next Summer.

Our family has stayed at the Phoenix VII several years in several different units during Spring Break vacations. This is the best condo that we've stayed in. It was clean, well stocked, nicely decorated and had big flat screen TVs. Our visit was during the NCAA tournment so the TVs were a big deal. The owner was readily available and very helpful answering all of our questions.

Orange Beach Phoenix VII

The condo was a perfect place for family and friends! The view from the balcony was breath-taking and the condo was immaculate and very spacious. Having an indoor pool was a definate plus for three rambunctious children! We also enjoyed watching movies on the large flat screen tv in the living room while kids watched their own movies in the guest bedroom. The king size beds in two of the three rooms were very comfortable as was the queen size bed in the third. Very family oriented. Probably not the best choice for those late night party animals. Many seniors also staying there. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Lartigue's seafood market just a few blocks away will season and steam your choice of seafood to take back to the condo to enjoy on the balcony. The Gulf shrimp was the best! For those geocachers out there, we found several caches in the area. Most were too small for trinkets, but still had a blast hunting for them! I can't wait to go back and would definately recommend this property to friends and family.

We had a great time even though it rained and turned cold. We just bundled up more to walk on the beach. The accomodations were great. the use of the hot tubs were just the thing after a cold walk and while we did not join in with the rest of the people in the complex, they oftered so many ways to pass the time and get to know one another. We were close to all of our favorite eating places. We would be glad to return again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo was lovely with a fabulous view. (The walls are actually a pale yellow and not canary like in the pictures.) It was wonderfully spacious and the open floor plan of the living, dining, kitchen area made the most of the wonderful light and the ocean view. The master bedroom opened on to the balcony for relaxing with an ocean breeze and the sound of the surf. With the well stocked kitchen, washer and dryer we could have stayed forever . . . I definitely recommend it!!

We were fortunate to be the first renters of this beautiful unit...gorgeously decorated and equipped with everything! (even a crock pot!) When we need to rent again, we will definately stay here!
