Located in prestigious Mandalay Shores, this 4 bedroom 4 1/2 bath beach beauty is a family's vacation delight, with a cheerful atmosphere and extraordinary floor plan. Best suited for a large family or 2 smaller size families. It has 3 fireplaces with lots of cozy and relaxing places to assure a fun filled stay of sand, surf and serenity.
First level has 3 beach themed bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. The game room has a pool table, large flat screen TV with DVD player, stereo, wet bar with mini frig, pull out queen couch/bed and fireplace. The enclosed backyard has an outdoor shower, sitting areas and through the back gate is a sidewalk that leads to the sand.
Upstairs is an entertainer's delight. The big kitchen seats 6, a wonderful coffee/tea station is provided, and a fully stocked kitchen of dishware and small appliances. The dining room is light and airy with a view of the ocean, it also seats 6. From the dining room is the family room with TV, DVD player, stereo/IPOD, fireplace. The powder room is also located here. The private master bedroom - "The Captain's Quarters" has a great dressing area with lighted mirror vanity, large soaking bathtub with shower.
There are 2 balconies, both with ocean views. The front balcony has a gas BBQ and lounge seating, with table and chairs. The second balcony has a spa with patio seating, and is located off the kitchen with access to the master bedroom.
