This separate residence home is centrally located for winter and summer fun, enjoy Whistler any time of the year! Alta Lake Resort sits on a 7.5 acre flat parcel adjacent to the lake, with beach access for swimming, canoeing, windsurfing, and fishing in the summer. It has a large deck off the front side of the house, and covered breezeway to the garage for dry feet in the summer or winter.
You can soak in the large 8 person hot tub, which is private and covered with the canopy of the upper suite.
You can also enjoy the private tennis court, play area for small children, and bike for miles on finished and mountain trails. Winter brings even more fun on the slopes of Blackcomb and Whistler Mountains - rated No. 1 by "Ski Magazine". 8,171 ski-able acres of FUN!!!
This newly remodeled condominium is fully-equipped and features 4 bedrooms: A master suite with King bed and bath; the second, third and fourth bedrooms with queens. Second bedroom ha adjacent bath, the third and fourth bedrooms share a jack-n-jill bath. The sets of bedrooms are separated by the central kitchen, living room and dining area. Slate entry with heated flooring, extends to the kitchen, pantry and two of the baths. The third bath is electric baseboard heat.
The effect is cozy and warm.
A utilities/pantry room houses the full-size washer/dryer and large pantry with separate ice machines.
There's also plenty of room for skis and sundries in our outside storage unit attached to the residence.
The kitchen is fully furnished with pots, pans, coffee filters and everything to move in and stay comfortably. Also three fireplaces, for added romance. The master bedroom has its own fireplace, and the second bedroom also. The largest fireplace is in the living room, of course.
