A beautiful and private, three-bedroom, three-bath loft-styled house at the base of the Manuel Antonio Road in Quepos bordering the first of the spa/hotels of Manuel Antonio. Walk to marina and night life. Buses to beach every 15 minutes. 5 minutes in bus. This is a house in a Costa-Rican community with a great location. Nicer than 95% of the local homes, Offered at a great price because, while close to the beach, it does not have an ocean view (just a touch). but make no mistake - you'll get world-class ocean views every day when you dine in the nearby hotels and use their pools free with all the money you'll save! (Best value is 1 week, with 6 people at $800 for a full week at a private home in Manuel Antonio, can't be beat!) An open-air styled home. Lots of extra room in this house. Private gardens, Beautiful birds in the morning. Ceiling fans and A/C in the master bedroom. (not generally needed at night)
