Located on a beautiful red sand beach, with panoramic views of the Northumberland Strait and the Confederation Bridge and just a scenic 10 minute drive from the city of Summerside and all of its amenities.

This newly completed(June 2009)house features a living area with vaulted ceiling and floor to ceiling windows for incredible ocean views. Huge deck runs the entire width of the house with access from the living room and master suite. Master suite features a walk-in closet and jetted tub. All three bedrooms are equipped with queen size beds, and LCD flat screen TV's with satellite receivers. Living area has a gas fireplace and 50 inch plasma TV with DVD player and satellite receiver.

The house is equipped with central air-conditioning, and heated by a geo-thermal heat pump

  • This is a beautiful well equipped home situated in a secluded and private spot. The house is very well laid out and is a pleasure to spend time in. Our vacation there was in November, not a traditional vacation time for PEI, but the privacy and beautiful setting made for a lovely vacation.

  • Hand on Heart, this has been one of the lovliest properties we have stayed at. The house was extremely well furnished and very comfortable. If anyone is planning a visit to Summerside or the surrounding area, do not hesitate to stay at the home in Sunbury Cove.
