I am an interior designer and have always wanted to buy a little getaway in the oasis of the desert where green grass and palm trees dominate the landscape. I wanted to get into my car on a moment's notice and disappear for several days to bask in the sun and forget everything...
This brand new community has the most beautiful Spanish Mission architecture reminiscent of the old world, the grounds are filled with state of the art amenities and there is always something exciting about being the first, being there when they are laying the first stone.

I love the fact that we are out of the way of the hustle and bustle of the hectic center of Palm Springs, and yet five minutes from it all. I love the brand newness of the beautifully designed Spanish Mission architecture of our community and being able to imagine how amazing it will be when the whole projects comes to be.

My family and I recently stayed at the Zen Spa and it was absolutely wonderful. The apartment had everything we needed and more. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The beds were quit large and comfortable (if you like your bed on the firm side). The kitchen was amazing and had everything I needed to make a nice meal. I really enjoyed waking up and making my family breakfast. My sister and I loved that the pool and jacuzzi were just outside the front door. My husband loved the flat screens in all the bedrooms and family room. My only suggestion would be to have extra sleeping pillows available. I prefer sleeping with two and couldnt find extras. I didn't want to ruin the lovely throw pillows by sleeping on them.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

My family and I stayed at this unit for two weeks in April and were very pleased with everything. The complex is close to shopping and other areas of interest. A second pool directly outside of the unit opened the last week of our stay and we were happy to have another pool option so close! The unit is nicely decorated, the kitchen well stocked, and bedrooms very comforatble! The owner was wonderful to deal with and will hopefully be booking another holiday at Spanish Walks soon! My only suggestion is to have a BBQ on the patio- or BBQ's available at the complex for guests.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. In particular we loved the pool, hot tub, and water play area--our kids begged to head over there multiple times a day! The condo is tastefully decorated and very comfortable, clean and well-maintained. We are looking forward to a return visit.

The Zen Spa was all that it said. The accomodations were lovely and the new pool outside the front door will be a bonus. We enjoyed our month there as it was very central for all the golf courses we played. All the appliances were great and it is always nice to have your own washer and dryer. The only thing I would probably want is a BBQ. The community pool, gym and overall play area is very nice and offers something for everyone. We had a great time. The owner was great to deal with and I would recommend this property. Bruce and Alice, Vancouver, B.C.
