This brand new community has the most beautiful Spanish Mission architecture reminiscent of the old world, the grounds are filled with state of the art amenities and there is always something exciting about being the first, being there when they are laying the first stone.

I love the fact that UC Riverside has built a graduate school very close to our community. I love the fact that we are out of the way of the hustle and bustle of the hectic center of Palm Springs, and yet five minutes from it all. I love the brand newness of the beautifully designed Spanish Mission architecture of our community and being able to imagine how amazing it will be when the whole projects comes to be.
