Paradise found in our incredible 4800 sq. ft. 5 bedroom 5.5 bath ocean view home designed around entertaining and outdoor living!
Perfectly located just minutes from South Carlsbad State Beach (10 minutes), Legoland (15 minutes), the San Diego Wild Animal Park (30 minutes), Sea World (30 minutes), World Famous San Diego Zoo (30 minutes) and Disneyland (60 minutes). There are also multiple options for high end shopping and dozens of great local dining choices nearby.
Your vacation getaway begins as you pass by a relaxing koi pond and through the private courtyard to enter our home. Once inside you are greeted by a grand spiral stair case and entryway with 20’ ceilings.
You will find travertine flooring and luxurious custom carpet throughout. Enjoy your favorite movies in the family room on our 67” HDTV with full surround sound. In an adjoining room there is a 9’ pool table and a 42” HDTV for the big game.
Four additional flat screen TV’s (most HD) are situated throughout the rest of the home. There is also wireless high speed internet available so you can book your next vacation at our home while you are still here! This is luxurious living with all of the high tech toys.
For the little ones, a variety of games, books and toys are available while visiting. There is also a private office (equipped with a fax machine and printer) tucked away for crafts or times you just can’t escape work.
Cook up a gourmet meal in the professional style eat in kitchen, equipped with a full compliment of GE Monogram appliances including dual ovens, an indoor grill and built in griddle for morning pancakes! There are also granite countertops and a custom travertine backsplash to complete the package.
In the evening, pour yourself a glass of wine and watch stunning sunsets over the Pacific from the resort style black bottom Pebble-tec pool and spa with a large waterfall/grotto. Other outdoor amenities include a large built in BBQ, refrigerator, multiple seating areas, 2 separate lawns, a gas fireplace, and various options for outdoor dining.
If you do decide to go to any of our local beaches; there are boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys, and plenty of beach towels for everyone. For those who crave outdoor adventure there is one of the best hiking and mountain biking areas in San Diego less than a 60 second walk from the front door and world class road biking right out of the driveway.
To relax after your fun filled days there are 5 large bedrooms throughout the home each with a private full bathroom. The master bedroom includes a luxurious king size bed, double sided gas fireplace, 50” HDTV with surround sound, full home gym with free weights, strength machine, spin cycle and a separate HDTV.
The spa like master bath has travertine throughout, a large Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and flat screen TV. The home can sleep 12 in beds. There are also 2 garage spaces, room for another 4 cars in the driveway.
