Nice, new carpet, solid surface counters in kitchen, new sink in kitchen. Lock on sliding glass door not only broken, but totally missing. And, large slit in screen on screened porch (not too safe for children). Old appliances, nasty stain on couch cushion, large stains on ceiling in strange places, broken towel bar in master bath, box spring in twin bedroom was ripped and coming apart. Beds very uncomfortable. Had feeling of being very old. Wouldn't stay again. Rental company moved us to another condo. Owner was very concerned and said she would get to the bottom of the issues.
Owner response:All issues have been looked into and taken care of. My husband and I just spent a great deal of time and money updating our condo with new carpet, kitchen countertops and sink, paint and new accessories. The appliances were not replaced because, while they are not new, they are in excellent working condition. The refrigerator was just replaced two years ago. During the peak season our condo gets used almost everyday and unfortunately does show some wear and tear but all issues described in this review have been taken care of including paint touch-up.
