This year-round chalet gives you the privacy of your own home, yard, hot tub, and plenty of parking. It is located in Bartlett, abutting the Attitash Abernaki Ski Lift. We are minutes away from the beaches on Saco River. Mountain bike and hike right from the back door. Many bike routes from beginner to experienced. Attitash bike rentals available. Plenty of parking for a snowmobile trailer. One mile from snowmobiling. Plenty to do! 12 miles from Bretton Woods, 5 miles to Storyland, 7 miles to North Conway outlet shopping! Cranmore, Wildcat, and Black Mountains very close. Chalet is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival.
Main level:
Wood floors, (1) bedroom w/double bed, (1) full bath, and an eat-in kitchen that opens up to a living room. Dining table that seats six. Cathedral ceiling living room has ceiling fan, flat screen (w/cable, DVD, VCR), large wood-burning fireplace, sliders to deck, stereo. A ladder leads to a small loft where there is a single bed, usually young children like this area. In the summer months, we have a large air conditioning unit that cools the home.
Lower level:
Carpeted, (2) bedrooms which include (1) queen and (1) single bed. The lower level also has a den with a futon that pulls out to a queen bed, and a table with four chairs, great for table games, snacks, or just to hang out to watch tv. In the den we have a gas log stove & flat screen TV (w/cable). Kids like to hang out here and play video games. Laundry located in bedroom with queen bed.
In the Winter ski at Attitash/Bear Peak, we are located 500 feet from main lodges. Groomed cross country skiing within 1/2 mile, weather permitting. Snowmobiling one mile away(rentals available). Tubing at Cranmore. Also, night skiing at either Cranmore or Bretton Woods.
In the Summer, Attitash water & alpine slides! Storyland, horseback riding, mountain biking/hiking, zip ride at Wildcat...etc. North Conway shopping & Scenic railroad just minutes away. Also, July 4th fireworks at Bretton Woods or North Conway.
Beautiful foliage in the Fall.

- Once the ski season starts, you can ski in and out of our chalet to the Abernaki Lift. Weather and mountain permitted. Also, we have a seven man hot tub that we maintain and is available at an extra cost.

The Unique Benefits at this Chalet
In the winter, from our back door, we are able to snap our skis on and head right over to the chairlift. Is only steps away from the chairlift. 500' away from the base lodges. We also have a seven person private hot tub.
Owner's Map of Bartlett
This is our family vacation home, so it is in great condition. Our children are 17 years old and we are unable to visit as frequently as we used to. We decided to rent out hoping it will help pay for their College years. We feel the location is excellent!
We love being located between Attitash/Bear Peak, because there is so much for families to do all year round. We also can share with our guests some saco beaches we enjoy.
In the spring/summer/fall seasons along with Storyland and mountain activities, we have Arethusa Falls (the highest waterfall in NH) which is located only 9 miles down the street before Bretton Woods.
Of course, the winter is unbeatable located 500 feet from Attitash/Bear Peak main lodges. Also, we are neighbors to the million dollar homes at Bearfoot Creek.
