Near Winter Park Ski Resort... This family-owned, 1240 square foot 1/2 duplex unit is located in the heart of Winter Park just up Vasquez Road. A short walk(about 1 mile)down the hill will get you to all of Winter Park's amenities. The free shuttle will also pick you up right in front of the house!
This is a perfect unit for three couples and a few children! There are two bedrooms each with a queen bed, another room with two twin beds, and two full-sized pull-outs suitable for one adult or one or two children. There is no need to fight over the TV because there are five of them! There is a private outdoor hot tub on the lower level which can be reached from the deck or from the lower bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay. A washer and dryer is available for your use in the unit.
