Lovely 3BR/2BA Apt. Across from La Concha - the Hot Spot in Condado

  My family and I stayed in this condo for one week in Feburary. I had been to the area before and knew that this condo was in a great location. It is right across the street from the La Concha Hotel and Casino and the beach. It is just a short Taxi or bus ride to Old San Juan, and it is a very safe and fun area. The condo was very roomy, it has 3 bedrooms and there was a small area off the liing room with a cot for an extra bed. The air conditioning worked great and it had all the kitchen items that you would need. The Beds were comfortable, however the windows in the bedrooms didn't seal shut so every morning you could hear the garbage trucks around 5am. After the first couple nights we invested in ear plugs and then we slept through it. The condo was a bit dusty but they had just re-done the bathrooms with new tile and I would attribute the dust to that. The deck on the roof doesn't have much on it, I think that is something the building can expand upon and utilize more. But overall it was a great stay in a great area. If they fixed the windows it would be worth 5 stars. For our family of 6 it was a perfect size and a reasonable price. We will definately be back someday.

  This condo was exceptional with all of the amenities of my home, we didn't have to provide anything. Plenty of room for everyone. The location is about as good as there is in Condado, easy access to everything. The rental process was simple and our contact was very pleasant and accomodating. I definitely will look for this place on my next visit.

  What we loved the most was the location of this venue. It was right on top of Stop n Go a great spot to grab a cheap drink. They had Heineken on special for $2 and it's open 24 hours. Also, it was nice having the location just a block from the beach. Condado is a great area with lots restaurant and retail options. There is even a few high end shops just 2 blocks away if you can afford it. Just be ready to pay prices that are close to that of the states in this area as it's a relatively affluent neighborhood. The rooms themselves served their general purpose. We didn't spend too much time in the rooms but the beds were comfortable enough and the air conditioning was pretty strong. The host is also pretty helpful and is usually available when you call. Overall, a great value in a great part of town.

  We stayed here with another couple from 3/1-3/6/12 and really enjoyed our stay. The pictures show the place just how it is, clean and spacious - no surprises. The location was the best part (right across from La Concha hotel - easy to get a taxi, bus, drop off, etc) and right across from the beach. Restaurants/bars/shops (including Walgreens) are within a couple of blocks walking for easy access. Old San Juan about 10 min in a taxi and we even rented a car to drive to Fajardo one day. The car rental place was within a block. The condo was spacious for 4 of us and Elba, the assistant, was very helpful during checkin and responsive. The real estate managers were also very responsive and made the booking process really easy. We saved a lot of $ staying in a condo versus the hotel, as we could cook when we wanted. We enjoyed our visit to PR - We would definitely stay here again!

  I needed a place to offer my Groomsmen who couldn't afford hotels without splitting costs. Since this time of year is very busy in PR, hotel group rates weren't an option, so I had to think outside the box. I was very lucky to stumble upon this awesome vacation rental! The guys and their wives were very comfortable through the entire stay, and this apartment exceeded our expectations! It was extremely well kept, and offered everything you would expect, and more. Checking in was easy, and I have absolutely no complaints. The best part: It's located right in the heart of Condado, within walking distance of the beach, and of course very close to my wedding... so the location was perfect! I will definitely be keeping these rentals in mind for future trips.

  Six of us stayed at the condo on 1102 Magdalena Ave. in Condado. We were very impressed with the size of the condo, and Elba was very helpful. The air conditioning worked well, and there were plenty of dishes, beach towels, etc. for a comfortable stay. The location is really ideal. We said several times during our stay that we really lucked out with the location, directly across the street from La Concha hotel and casino, and directly behind that is the beach. Condado beach is the best beach in the area, in our opinion, and a bus stop to Old San Juan is right across the street as well. I would definitely recommend this condo to families, friends, or anyone else looking for a comfortable place to stay in an ideal location.

  I stayed in this condo during Spring Break with my boyfriend and two other couples -- we all had a GREAT time. The condo is very spacious, with comfy bedrooms and a large living room. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. There was a closet full of beach equipment (beach chairs, beach towels, etc.) that we were able to use . . . and the washer/dryer can in real handy. There were also a number of San Juan maps and guidebooks for us to peruse. The area of Condado was also very nice. There are a number of quick and cheap restaurants within a 3-block radius, a Walgreens and Starbucks less than 5 minutes away walking, and the beach is only two blocks north of the condo. Everything was really convenient and safe. Plus, there is a big resort across the street, which means that it's super easy to catch a taxi. Lastly, our contact for the condo, Elba, was fantastic. Super helpful, very welcoming and intent on making sure that we had a great time. We all felt right at home due to her generous efforts. If I were to come back to San Juan, I would absolutely love to stay in this condo again.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

  My family and I recently spent a week at this address in San Juan. I can tell you that we are already looking forward to doing it again next year. The on site representative Miss Elba was most helpful and a delight to deal with. When we are able to pin down some definite dates I will be contacting you for future stays. On behalf of my family I thank you for nice clean living conditions.

  I recently stayed at this well-furnished, clean, and awesome three bedroom condo. The location is ideal, the accomodations sufficient, and the kitchen fully equipped to handle 4 "always hungry" teenagers and a grandbaby. There were sufficient dishes, dishware, pots/pans, towels, sheets, etc, and there were even extras we weren't expecting such as a couple beach chairs. The assigned parking spot is a major bonus since I decided to rent a vehicle after arriving, and when family visited. The location is incredibly convenient to restaurants, hotels, and attractions...and lets not forget that the beach is a 5 minute walk. We were there during hurracane Earl and other than Elba knocking at our door to give us great tips regarding water - "shower now, and then fill the tubs", light - "the candles are under the cabinet" and to explain the possible loss of power, all was quiet. We felt very safe in the condo. I've already told a few friends about it and plan to stay again when next I visit. Worth every penny!

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children.
